Spencer Cassadine, is that really you? It looks like a lot of General Hospital fans had to do a double take when they saw actor Nicholas Alexander Chavez in a new campaign for French fashion house Jacquemus. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
This General Hospital Alum Is Now In Supermodel Territory
Per the latest reports, it’s our favorite General Hospital alumni who is working up a sweat in the new Nike x Jacquemus Moon Shoe campaign. Yes, the man who we used to call Spencer Cassadine on the small screen has now entered supermodel territory. How exciting!
“Three years ago, when I visited the Nike archives, I first came across the historic Moon Shoe,” says Simon Porte Jacquemus. “I saw a unique, minimal running shoe that was both timeless and modern in its simplicity and execution. I knew it was an opportunity to create a new story and reshape it in the Jacquemus way.”
It goes without saying that this is really great news for Alexander and his career. He recently also starred in “Monsters” about the Menendez brothers on Netflix.
Meanwhile, it seems like the soap has struggled with the younger crowd ever since Spencer and Esme fell into the Seine.
Trina was sidelined for the better part of a year, Joss lost Dex and then was cordoned off on her WSB journey. They introduced Gio and Kai—likable but a lot of people would agree that they are mostly bland characters.

What’s Next For Nicholas Alexander Chavez?
That’s why viewers think now would be the best time to bring Spencer back.
Now, whether or not Nicholas ever returns to General Hospital or his daytime television roots remains to be seen, although that seems rather unlikely at this point. There’s no doubt that he knows he’s got a good thing going on!
So far Nicholas himself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
