Cane Ashby’s Charm
After that heated conversation with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Cane will put his plans on hold for some personal business. Cane manages to charm Lily. Whether she actually buys this charm or not is up for debate.
After the Nice chaos, Lily made it clear that she hated Cane. However, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) also suggested that Lily get closer to Cane to find out his plans. So, Cane just might think that he is successfully charming his ex-wife.

Jack Abbott’s Plea
Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he is freaking out about Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) bombshell. Even though he told Sally that Billy is on his own, that is also his brother. So, Jack will be determined to save him somehow.
That could explain why Jack turns to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) for help. While Victoria does understand this is serious, she’s not exactly close to Billy these days. So, will he really listen to her?

Mariah Copeland’s Message
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, September 18 reveal that Mariah will send Daniel a message. The redhead will want to meet him privately, and for him not to tell Tessa Porter (Cair Fairbanks). Daniel will be confused but does agree to meet with her.
It is teased that Mariah will confront Daniel about Tessa. However, Mariah is the one who walked away from her family.
It would be pretty ballsy for Mariah to demand that Daniel back away from Tessa and Aria Porter-Copeland (Millie and Maddie Ingles).

At the same time, Mariah could confess to Daniel what she really did and beg him to just give her time to get herself back on track.
Whatever Mariah tells Daniel, it could put him in a moral dilemma. Mariah already told Tessa that she tried to kill a man.
That means the man survived, so could he be threatening to expose Mariah? Is that why it’s “not safe” to tell anyone about what she did? It seems this storyline is just getting started, so stay tuned!
