The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for Thursday, October 30, 2025. In the next episode, fans can expect Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to offer Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) another chance.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) takes a stand to protect Jabot. Plus, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) exchange intel.

Billy Abbott & Phyllis Summers’ Exchange
Let’s start off with Billy and Phyllis. At Jack’s prompting, Billy will extend an offer to the redhead. After learning from Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) that someone stole the AI program, Billy tries to make a deal with Phyllis.
That offer will include Phyllis joining Jabot. However, they don’t understand that Phyllis wants control of the company. Phyllis also went to Victor first with the deal, so I’m not sure if she will agree to Billy’s terms.
The two do end up exchanging intel. So, Phyllis might claim that the Newman patriarch is targeting Arabesque and not Jabot. However, Billy might not believe that.

Jack Abbott’s Stand
As for Jack, he will continue doing what is necessary to protect his family’s legacy. Phyllis might even tell Billy that she’s offered Victor first dibs.
While there isn’t a lot that Jack can do right now, he will definitely be on pins and needles.
Michael Baldwin Summoned
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, October 30 reveal that Victor will summon Michael. It seems that with all these curveballs and twists, Victor decides to give Michael another chance.
While the lawyer has been bored since he hasn’t been working, he could also lose Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman). It is stated that Michael will be given another chance.
So, it sounds like Michael might not be able to pass this opportunity up. Remember, Michael promised Cane that he would stop him any way he could.
So, this just might be Michael’s chance to do that, even at the risk of his own marriage.

As for Lauren, she might be kept in the dark again. Fans know that the woman is fed up with all of Michael’s dangerous secrets.
So, this could be a real problem for the couple moving forward, even if Michael does play hero and saves everyone’s companies. So, stay tuned to see what that means for Lauren’s future.
