SAMI BRADY Returns to Salem & EJ DiMera Is About To Have The WORST Week—DAYS Weekly Spoilers Are DELICIOUS!

By Chris Wilson 11/07/2025

SAMI’S BACK & LITERALLY EVERYONE IS ABOUT TO REGRET SOMETHING

TL;DR: This week’s DAYS spoilers bring Sami Brady back to Salem to throw baby showers and run into her ex-husband, Jennifer Horton threatens Chad DiMera for reasons we’re DYING to understand, a gala becomes the social event nobody asked for, and approximately seventeen people unload their emotional baggage on unsuspecting victims who were just trying to have a normal day.

Monday Mayhem: Tate and Holly Assign Homework That Triggers Everyone’s Trauma

Monday kicks off with Tate Black and Holly Jonas working on some kind of project that “sends the Hortons down memory lane,” which is soap opera code for “buckle up, we’re about to rehash forty years of family drama.” Nothing says fun school project like accidentally triggering your entire family’s collective trauma! Can’t wait to see what innocent assignment unleashes decades of repressed Horton family secrets.

Jeremy Wade Horton is pressing Marie Horton and Julie Olson Williams to reveal family secrets, which—sir, have you MET this family? The Hortons have more skeletons in their closet than a Halloween decoration store. Maybe leave well enough alone before you uncover something that ruins Thanksgiving forever.

Jennifer Rose Horton Deveraux is unloading her worries to Kayla Brady Johnson, because apparently Jennifer has concerns that need professional medical opinion or just a really good friend who’ll listen. Either way, Kayla’s getting an earful.

Chad DiMera and Mike Horton are bonding, which is actually kind of sweet. At least somebody’s being nice to Chad before Jennifer shows up on Tuesday with threats.

Tuesday Bombshells: SAMI Returns & Jennifer Loses Her Mind

Sami Brady makes a surprise return to Salem and we need to pause for a moment of appreciation because Sami returning is basically the soap opera equivalent of a meteor hitting Salem. Everything is about to get messy and we are here for it.

Philip Kiriakis is confiding in Lucas Horton, which tracks because these two have been through their fair share of disasters together. What’s Philip confiding about? Probably something that’s going to explode in his face by Friday, knowing how secrets work on Days of Our Lives.

Jennifer threatens Chad, and we have so many questions! What did Chad do to earn threats from Jennifer Horton of all people? This woman is usually the epitome of compassion and understanding, so if she’s issuing threats, Chad must have really crossed a line somewhere. Did he do something to hurt the Hortons? Is this about one of her kids? We need the tea immediately because this is wild.

DAYS spoilers tease EJ DiMera comforts Cat Greene, and knowing EJ’s track record with women, “comfort” is probably doing some heavy lifting in that sentence. Sir, you’re married. Remember your wife? Belle Brady? Yeah, her.

Maggie Kiriakis and Julie reminisce, which is bound to be either heartwarming or devastating depending on what memories they’re dredging up.

Wednesday Celebrations: Sami Brady Throws a Party While Marlena Suffers

Sami Brady throws a baby shower for Johnny DiMera, Chanel Dupree DiMera, and Trey, because nothing says “I’m back in town” like immediately hosting a major event. Sami doesn’t do subtle returns—she shows up and takes over like she never left. Iconic behavior, honestly.

Abe Carver confides in Lani Price Grant, and we’re always here for Abe having heart-to-hearts with his daughter. These two have one of the most genuinely sweet relationships on DAYS, so whatever Abe’s dealing with, at least he’s got Lani in his corner.

Rafe Hernandez learns troubling news, which could literally be anything in Salem. Troubling news is basically the city’s main export at this point. Rafe’s perpetually learning troubling news—it’s practically his job description.

“The day is too much for Marlena,” and honestly? Same, Marlena. Same. Dr. Marlena Evans has been through approximately 47,000 crises over the years, so if she’s saying the day is too much, you know things are intense. Give this woman a break, Salem!

Thursday Extravaganza: The Gala Everyone’s Pretending to Enjoy

Salem gathers for the long-awaited gala celebrating the new Dr. Tom Horton Free Clinic, and you just know something catastrophic is about to happen at this fancy event. Soap opera galas are basically cursed. Someone’s getting revealed, someone’s getting confronted, and someone’s definitely spilling red wine on their designer gown.

A confidential task keeps Gwen Rizczech on edge, and whenever Gwen’s involved in something “confidential,” it’s usually somewhere between morally questionable and downright illegal. What’s she up to now? Nothing good, we’re guessing.

Sami has a run-in with EJ, and this is what we’ve been waiting for! These two have more history than the Salem library, and their interactions are always electric. Will they fight? Absolutely. Will it be entertaining? You bet your last dollar it will be. EJ seeing Sami walk into that gala probably made him consider faking a medical emergency to escape.

Will Horton shares a tender moment with Marlena, his grandmother, and our hearts are melting. These two have always had such a special bond, and after Marlena’s tough day on Wednesday, she probably needs this sweet moment with Will.

Cat and Leo Stark find themselves working at cross purposes, which is basically code for “Leo’s about to accidentally ruin whatever Cat’s plotting.” Leo’s chaos energy combined with Cat’s schemes? This can only end in disaster.

Friday Fallout: The Gala Continues & Secrets Keep Flowing

The gala continues into Friday with guests reflecting on the hospital’s history and their lives, which sounds lovely in theory but is probably just an excuse for everyone to get emotional and dredge up old traumas. Nothing like a fancy party to make everyone cry about their past!

Maggie gives Sarah Kiriakis Cook news about Xander Cook Kiriakis, and based on context, this is probably either really good news or absolutely devastating. There’s no middle ground with Xander storylines—it’s either fairytale romance or complete catastrophe.

Jack Deveraux reassures Jennifer, which she probably desperately needs after spending Tuesday threatening people. Jack’s basically Jennifer’s emotional support human at this point, and honestly? They’re adorable together.

Eli Grant questions EJ, and we’re dying to know what this is about. Is it related to Cat? The mysterious tasks? EJ’s general shadiness? All of the above? Eli’s a good detective, so if he’s questioning EJ, something shady is definitely happening.

Final Thoughts on These DAYS Spoilers

Sami Brady’s Return: The Gift That Keeps on Giving

Can we just appreciate that Sami Brady doesn’t do small returns? She shows up, throws a baby shower, runs into her ex-husband at a gala, and probably leaves chaos in her wake everywhere she goes. This is peak Sami behavior and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

The woman doesn’t ease back into Salem life—she cannonballs into it. One day she’s off living her life, the next she’s hosting major family events and making EJ DiMera sweat at formal functions. That’s the Sami Brady we know and love.

Jennifer Threatening Chad Is Wild

Let’s address this elephant in the clinic: Jennifer Horton is threatening Chad DiMera. What on earth could Chad have done to warrant threats from one of Salem’s most compassionate and level-headed residents?

Jennifer doesn’t issue threats casually. This woman has been through her own share of heartbreak and loss, and she’s typically the first person to offer support and understanding. So if she’s gone full mama bear on Chad, he must have done something serious. Did he hurt one of her kids? Cross the Horton family somehow? Is this connected to whatever he’s been up to lately? We’re desperate for answers!

The Gala: Where Everything Goes Wrong

Calling it now: this Dr. Tom Horton Free Clinic gala is going to be a disaster. Not because the cause isn’t worthy—it absolutely is—but because Salem cannot have a fancy event without complete chaos erupting.

You’ve got Gwen involved in something confidential (suspicious), Sami and EJ in the same room (volatile), Cat and Leo working at cross purposes (messy), and Eli questioning EJ (incriminating). This gala is basically a powder keg waiting for someone to light the match. By Friday, we’re betting at least three secrets are revealed, two people storm out dramatically, and someone’s definitely crying in the bathroom.

Everyone’s Unloading Their Emotional Baggage

This week’s theme is apparently “find the nearest person and dump all your problems on them.” Jennifer’s unloading to Kayla, Philip’s confiding in Lucas, Abe’s confiding in Lani, and Marlena’s having a day that’s too much for even her to handle.

Salem needs to invest in more therapists because clearly one Marlena isn’t enough to handle this town’s collective trauma. Everyone’s walking around carrying decades of emotional baggage and just unloading it on whoever’s standing nearby. No wonder Marlena’s overwhelmed!
