Prince William Behind King Charles’s Decision To Strip Prince Andrew From Royal Title?
As many of our readers most likely know by now, both Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have been stripped from their royal titles by the King of England.
As a result, Prince Andrew can no longer be called the Duke of York while Sarah Ferguson can no longer be called the Duchess of York, either.
Prince Andrew even released a statement to the public this week that said, “In discussion with The King, and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family.”
“I have decided, as I always have, to put my duty to my family and country first. I stand by my decision five years ago to stand back from public life.”
However, there’s some speculation suggesting that the Prince of Wales might have something to do with this. After all, he’s made it very clear that he’s no fan of his uncle at all.
What Move Will The Prince Of Wales Make Next?
Not only, but a lot of people think that this move was a long time coming. And because there’s a good chance that Prince William might have been behind the move, there’s a chance that he might do the same for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
If they are not working royals, then what is the point of them retaining their titles, right? At least that’s how the Prince of Wales sees it. That’s why he’s the one who is cleaning house.
