Plenty of people complained about Sean “Diddy” Combs, AKA P Diddy, and one of them was former yacht stewardess Grace O’Marcaigh. She’d accused him and his son, Christian “King” Combs of wrongdoing in 2022. Well, the news arrived this week that she lost, and the disgraced singer scored another win.

Judge Sides With The Combs Family

According to court documents obtained by The Sun, the judge granted “a motion to dismiss” the case after Diddy’s legal team argued that the complaint lacked factual support. His attorneys said there were no details proving Diddy had any knowledge or involvement in what allegedly took place.

It seems that the judge agreed with the legal team, who also claimed that no proof arrived that P Diddy was even on board the yacht when the supposed assault occurred. The documents noted, “No facts to suggest that Sean was present or even on the ship at the time of the alleged incident.”

Furthermore, the defense argued that claims about Diddy creating a “party atmosphere” didn’t amount to evidence of him encouraging or assisting any criminal behavior. The judge agreed, effectively clearing the hip-hop mogul from the case.

The Yacht Allegations

Grace O’Marcaigh alleged that Christian Combs assaulted her while she was working as a steward and bartender. Apparently, it supposedly happened aboard a luxury yacht rented by Diddy in December 2022.

She claimed Christian pushed her to drink tequila she believed was laced with something before groping her and trying to force a sexual act, per Newsone. The lawsuit also mentioned that portions of the incident were caught on audio recordings from the vessel.

While Diddy wasn’t accused of direct assault, the complaint listed him as “a co-defendant,” saying he enabled the situation by promoting a “hedonistic environment” on board.

O’Marcaigh also claimed she lost her job after reporting the alleged assault, and alleged that Christian paid the yacht’s captain a large sum of money to keep the matter quiet.

Case Officially Dismissed

With the judge’s ruling, the lawsuit against both Sean and Christian Combs ended. It seems to critics that the family gets away with a lot of allegations by loads of people. Already, the music millionaire was acquitted on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Additionally, although he ended up jailed, it was only for four years after being found guilty of lesser charges. Notably, a lot of people feel the sentence didn’t fit the crimes they believe that Diddy committed.

When Mark Garagos argued that the four years was too much, one commenter who watched the Newsnation video said, “If he would have been found guilty of all accusations, he would have spent the rest of his life behind bars. I believe his sentence is very light after all he did.”

And another one opined, “Looks like Diddy well and truly fooled this guy and the judge. Absolutely disgraceful no justice for the victims.”
