Victor Newman Destroys Cane Ashby And Enjoys EVERY Second Of It
Let’s start with the main event: Victor Newman is RUTHLESS and we’re here for it! Cane Ashby shows up at Newman Ranch absolutely FUMING because someone (spoiler alert: it’s Victor) has launched AI software against his company and it’s destroying everything!
Cane demands to know if Victor Newman is behind it and if Phyllis Summers helped him. Victor just LAUGHS and says he doesn’t “give a damn” what Cane thinks! SAVAGE! Adam Newman chimes in saying Cane has no proof, and suggests their next headline should be “Aristotle Dumas Undone by His Own Frankenstein Monster.” The SHADE!
Cane glares at them and threatens “You won’t get away with this!” But Victor coolly tells him that whoever is behind the attack already HAS gotten away with it, and maybe Cane should go save his business instead of making accusations. Cane storms out, and Victor and Adam just SIT THERE GRINNING like the supervillains they are!
Victor tells Adam this was the “perfect move” against Cane—they’ll swoop in and buy Cane’s assets for pennies on the dollar! Then Victor drops this delicious line: watching Cane’s face as his “phony empire” crumbled was “almost as satisfying as it will be watching Jack Abbott suffer the same fate!”
Translation: Jack Abbott is NEXT, and Victor cannot WAIT to destroy him!

Cane Ashby’s Empire Is Crumbling And He Deserves It
Later, Cane is pacing around Chancellor Park on his phone, desperately telling his tech team to activate the “kill switch” now that the AI is loose in their system. Phyllis Summers walks up, and Cane sarcastically says her timing is “impeccable”—whoever stole his AI has turned it against his company, and it’s only a matter of time before everything is destroyed. He shrugs and says “Easy come, easy go!” with the energy of someone having a complete breakdown!
Phyllis insists it’s not too late to fix this, but Cane says maybe it’s karma and he deserves it. Then he gets SUSPICIOUS and asks Phyllis to make him believe SHE wasn’t the one who stole his software!
Billy Abbott walks up at the WORST time and asks if they’re “together again” and if they’re trying to figure out how to get the software back… “if it was actually stolen!” The AUDACITY! Cane says he doesn’t have time for Billy’s “conspiracy theories” and storms off.
Billy grins at Phyllis and asks what “fires” Cane needs to extinguish. Phyllis knows but won’t tell him—he had a chance to join their “winning team” but blew it! Billy laughs because there’s “not a lot of winning happening” with Phyllis right now! BURN!
But Phyllis warns Billy that he should worry less about her and more about Victor’s “forthcoming attack” on his and Jack’s companies. Billy smugly says they’ve already taken precautions and have “tools against the AI.” Phyllis tells him the software CAN’T be stopped once it’s in his system!
Billy, sweetie, you’re about to get WRECKED and you don’t even know it!
Adam Newman Is Having A MAJOR Crisis About Betraying Jack Abbott
Over at Society restaurant, Adam meets Chelsea Lawson and tells her that Victor released the AI against Cane’s company—Cane could be “dead in the water within the week!” But Chelsea notices Adam doesn’t look happy about it, and he admits what’s REALLY bothering him: Victor’s next target is JACK ABBOTT and Jabot!
Adam says Victor wants him to create some kind of “diversion” for Jack so Jack won’t be ready when Victor strikes. And that time is SOON! Chelsea hates that Victor makes Adam do his “unnecessary dirty work”—Cane has been neutralized, but now Victor’s attacking Jabot just to satisfy his personal vendetta!
Here’s where it gets EMOTIONAL: Adam says Jack has been not only a FRIEND but a FATHER FIGURE to him! Jack always believed in Adam and got him through tough times. It’s one thing for Victor to go after Billy, but JACK?!
Chelsea reminds Adam he can always say NO to his father, but Adam scoffs—if anyone disobeys “the great Victor Newman,” they’ll be immediately “banished from the kingdom!” Chelsea wishes they had more time to figure this out, and Adam jokes about putting Victor in a maze!
Then Adam has a REVELATION: maybe they should stop trying to maneuver Victor and just tell him DIRECTLY that they don’t want to go along with his plot against Jack! Chelsea agrees—maybe it’s time someone stood up to Victor Newman!
FINALLY! Someone is considering standing up to The Mustache! But will Adam actually DO it, or will he cave like everyone else?!
Audra Charles’s Secret Could Destroy Her New Job
Meanwhile, at the Athletic Club, Audra Charles is absolutely LOSING IT on Holden Novak! She’s furious that he took Claire Newman to The Shadow Room in LA—”Do you have a DEATH WISH?!” There are HUNDREDS of other clubs he could have taken his girlfriend to! She asks if Claire took him back to her room to “show her appreciation,” and the SHADE is REAL!
Holden says he told Claire a “sanitized version of the truth” because she was pressing him about their past. Audra is PANICKING because if this news gets out, she could lose her job with Abbott Communications! She asks if he told Claire about the HUSH MONEY he took—”She should get a refund because he certainly didn’t keep his mouth shut!”
But here’s the BOMBSHELL: Holden says he never mentioned “HIS” name to Claire, so hopefully she won’t keep digging because that’s a story NEITHER of them wants getting out!
WHO IS “HE”?! What did Audra and Holden do that required hush money?! And why is it connected to The Shadow Room in LA?!
Sally Spectra walks up and asks if everything’s okay, and Holden casually says they were “reminiscing about old times” and that “sometimes things that seemed life-changing turn out not to be worth remembering at all!” He leaves, and Sally notices steam was “literally rising” from Audra’s head!
Sally tells Audra that her “secret investor” (it’s JILL, we all know it’s Jill) was concerned about Audra’s history and strongly advised against hiring her. But Sally’s not giving up! Once Abbott Communications is up and running, they’ll bring Audra on board because the investor didn’t give a DIRECT order not to hire her!
Audra is SO grateful and promises she won’t let Sally down! But girl, if your secret gets out, this job offer is TOAST!
Phyllis Summers Realizes Victor Played Her
Back at Newman Ranch, Phyllis drops by and mentions she ran into Billy, who said they have protection against the AI. Victor shrugs and says “Let them think that!”—it’ll make it easier to go in for the kill!
Then Phyllis asks if Victor is setting up an attack on Cane’s company—that wasn’t part of their DEAL! Victor scoffs and asks if she thought they were PARTNERS?! Phyllis says she gave him the software to go after JABOT, not Cane!
Victor coldly tells her he doesn’t CARE—she gave him the software in exchange for taking control of Jabot, and she’s going to get what she wants. Why does she care what happens to Cane? She screwed him over once; it shouldn’t be difficult to do it again!
YIKES! Phyllis just realized Victor Newman doesn’t make deals—he makes DEMANDS! And now she’s stuck watching Victor destroy everyone in his path while she gets… what exactly? Control of Jabot? We’ll see if Victor actually holds up HIS end of the bargain!
This episode is setting up SO much drama! Adam might finally stand up to Victor, Audra’s secret is about to explode, and Cane’s empire is crumbling! USA fans, you’re in for a WILD ride tomorrow!
