Apparently Meghan Markle has as many personalities as there are shades to her tan. In a new put-down by a royal watcher, Meghan needs to stop and figure out which of her personalities she wants to play ball with.
Royal Watcher Calls Out Meghan Markle’s Alter-egos
Meghan Markle generated a lot of noise online for her weekend trip to Paris to attend Balenciaga’s show. There were talks about her oversized cape ensemble, and don’t get me started on that driving through Paris with her feet up on the car.
Shortly after the huge criticism that followed thanks to some of her actions in Paris, she joined Prince Harry in New York, where they received a joint humanitarian award.
However, a particular royal watcher is noticing that the Duchess, 44, appears to be sifting through different emotions for events.
Writing on her substack, From Berkshire to Buckingham, Jane Barr called out the many faces of Meghan Markle, accusing her of “always shifting.”
Barr explained: “Sometimes she is the self-appointed People’s Princess; then she is the giggling, finding joy homemaker/founder; today she is the unapproachable, enigmatic super celeb at PFW…. pick a personality, Meghan.”
Meghan has been accused of mimicking popular public figures ever since she gained global recognition for marrying Britain’s Prince Harry. Some of the people she’s been accused of copying range from Princess Catherine, Oprah Winfrey, and lately, Victoria Beckham and Amal Clooney.
After comparing Meghan’s Paris outing to an Amal Clooney cosplay, she expanded, “When Amal Clooney makes a red carpet appearance, or is photographed around New York, or gives an interview or a speech, we get the same person. With Meghan, it’s anyone’s guess what she’ll decide to be at any given event.”
In general, Barr believes “Meghan is telling us she is putting on an act.”
Meghan has always been big on authenticity, using various platforms to share her story. In her bid to bring forward what she calls her “most authentic self,” she once sat for a podcast interview without any makeup on.
She’s also attempted to give fans a slice of her world via her blossoming Instagram page.
