General Hospital star Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) reminded ABC fans about her upcoming personal growth project that starts on October 18. Read on for more about the update.
The Reminder Generates Excitement
On Friday, Laura took to Instagram to remind her followers about her special four-week course she’s co-hosting with meditation teacher Elizabeth Winkler. It’s centered on the principles of Don Miguel Ruiz’s bestselling book, The Four Agreements.

In her post, which featured a photo of herself with Winkler, Wright shared her enthusiasm for the deep dive. The real-life Carly wrote, “Yes, we’re going deep. Yes, we’re asking the big questions. But we’re also choosing joy, laughter, and the kind of freedom that comes when you truly know yourself.”
Additionally, the GH star encouraged fans to join them to explore “what you really want, who you really are, and how good life can feel.”
Fans React In The Comments
The course is designed to move beyond theory and help participants practically integrate the book’s four core agreements. They include being impeccable with your word, not taking anything personally, not making assumptions, and always doing your best.
Inspirational, much like Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) who advocates for change in the lives of his followers, the goal is to help people break free from old patterns. Naturally fans want that for themselves so plenty of them reacted in the discussion area. One of them wrote, “Love the energy here…joy, laughter, and true freedom!”
Here are a few more comments and opinions:
Often Inspirational
Laura Wright first announced the course back in August, and the reminder suggests that there are still places available. But unfortunately, you need to visit the post and send in the words “Four Agreements” to get the link with information. There’s a link in her profile, but it’s not working yet.
Many GH fans already rave about Laura because of her inspiring Sacred Space sessions on Zoom. Additionally, this summer, she joined a panel where she spoke candidly about the issues that women face when dealing with menopause.
While some folks criticize ABC for giving Laura Wright more than her fair share of screen time, when it comes to sharing her life away from the cameras, she manages to maintain a loyal and faithful following and keeps fans fascinated by her life.
