On Twitter, Instagram, and on SoapCentral’s official website, a recent article claimed that JMW was exiting the soap. The headline is still posted in soap forums, but the links to the social media posts and on the website no longer work.
While it could have been a rumor that was mistaken for fact, maybe they just released the news earlier than they were supposed to. It should be noted that they didn’t admit to a mistake but it was quietly deleted on all platforms. So, I’m wondering if the news was released a bit too early.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s Personal Life
The actress is married to Elan Ruspoli and they have five children together. Normally, Woods is very active on social media, including with her personal life.
However, as fans anxiously waited for JMW’s birth announcement, months passed with silence. It made some fans wonder if something went wrong.
However, the actress eventually announced the birth of her fifth child, a boy. Then, she went back to work as Steffy on The Bold and the Beautiful.
While fans are thankful the whole family is okay, Jacqueline did mention spending more time in the present. A lot of soap stars are starting to back away from public life and start enjoying their private moments more.
What does that have to do with Steffy’s possible exit? Well, five young children is quite a handful. Jacqueline has already shown herself to be able to handle a lot! However, maybe she wants to spend more time at home. It’s also possible she wants to branch out and work on other projects.
In any case, she has played Steffy on B&B for many years. So, nobody would blame her for wanting to take an extended break or try something new.
Is Steffy Forrester Finnegan Leaving?
As for if Steffy is leaving, that is a big question mark right now. A lot of fans are in doubt, but we’ve seen veteran soap stars leave before. It’s quite possible that they are running out of ideas for Steffy.
It would also explain the sudden increase in younger actors on the show, including the rarely seen Forrester Creations interns.
