Off the cusp of a successful Season 1, Hallmark is unraveling a Season 2 ‘Finding Mr. Christmas’ in 2025, as 10 men battle it out to score a role in a holiday movie for the channel.
Whether it’s baring their abs, running in giant inflatable hamster balls, or hanging from a crane, the men are prepared to do it all for a chance to be in Hallmark’s next big Christmas flick. The trailer for the new season has dropped, and CTS has all the details on what fans should expect.
The ’Who, What, When, Where, and How’
The show is once again hosted by Jonathan Bennett, and the trailer highlights some big moments as the contestants go through both acting and physical challenges that test their on-set skills and inner-holiday spirits.
The men will be acting opposite of some huge Hallmark movie names, including Hunter King, Alison Sweeney, and Janel Parrish.
During an Entertainment Weekly interview, host Bennett did reveal that the Season 2 competition is ‘definitely harder’ than the first season, stating, “Season 1, we started episode 1 in a flower shop where they were making a wreath. Season 2, we had them skiing downhill with Janelle Parrish while doing a scene.”
Finding Mr. Christmas, Season 2 – Coming Soon
Ezra Moreland, a former Navy Seal Diver and 31-year-old model, won the first Finding Mr. Christmas contest, and he went on to shoot Happy Howlidays, co-starring in the movie with Jessica Lowndes.
Moreland interviewed with Entertainment Weekly last year and admitted that shooting a Hallmark film was harder than he thought!
He noted, “As I was going through the first couple of days of filming, I’m thinking to myself, ‘This just as challenging, if not more than, Rescue Swimmer school in the Navy,’ which guys left and right to me were getting kicked out because the stress and the training was so challenging.”
Finding Mr. Christmas, Season 2 contestants range from actors, models, an acting teacher, personal trainer, and former NFLer.
Finding Mr. Christmas season 2 debuts on the Hallmark Channel, next Monday, October 27 at 8 p.m. ET. Will you be tuning in? Comment below and visit CTS often for the best television news, updates, and spoilers.
