Let’s start off with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who is with child. However, whose child is it? Does the baby belong to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) or Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson)?
The doctor is having symptoms, which might get Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) attention. Portia will likely come up with a cover story, but Trina is pretty perceptive and knows her mother extremely well.
Tracy Quartermaine vs Ronnie Bard
As for Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott), she will continue to go to war with Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak). Tracy went to Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) for help.
The lawyer warned that it could take a really long time to settle the dispute. Then, he suggested Tracy get the other family members to see that Ronnie is a scammer.
Tracy will do her best, but she might be surprised to learn how many new connections Ronnie has made.
Then, with Ronnie telling Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) to go see his family, including Tracy, well, that was a smart move.
It will make it even harder for people to believe Tracy when she claims that Ronnie is a scammer. What, that sweet old lady?!
Nathan West’s Quest
General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 20 reveal that Nathan will keep trying to get back on the police force. However, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) wants answers about what he was doing for the past seven years.
Jason Morgan’s Disaster
There is also Jason, who faces a big mess. The right-hand man has informed Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is in the WSB.
So, Carly will want the truth from Josslyn. Carly might even realize that Josslyn and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) were partners. After that, Carly will blow up at Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna)!

As for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), he will be determined to free Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). The congressman wants Michael put behind bars and will work overtime making it happen. Then, Drew can play hero for Willow once again, tightening his grasp on her.
There is also Chase, who goes after Michael.
