The promo opens with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) looking irritated, and then Ned and Olivia Quartermaine (Wally Kurth, Lisa LoCicero) looking shocked and concerned.

But there seems to be some behind the scenes intrigue fueling the fire, as Martin sits with an unknown female accomplice who hands him a check! “They’re never going to figure out we’re working together”…who might Martin be working with?
Are Martin and this woman the real culprits behind Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will, that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is convinced is fake? And is Lulu getting tangled up in the middle of it because Tracy’s living with her?

Ronnie Slings New Accusations
It seems Tracy’s now off the hook for spiking Ronnie’s tea, as she shouts at someone in the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy looking on with a shocked look on her face! Ronnie spits out her accusation, “Tracy didn’t spike my tea—YOU DID!”
Might that have been Martin, who crashed the tea party right before everything went south? Or is Ronnie accusing someone else in the mansion of getting her drunk, the Quartermaines are all shocked? It sounds like Ronnie isn’t as dumb as Tracy thinks she is-Tracy had better watch her own back!
Anna Gets Some Shocking Information
In the meantime, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is in her office as she obviously gets some shocking information-does she have the wrong suspects for Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting?
Or might it be referring to the murder of Judge Eva Heran (Tessa Auberjonois)? Anna is nearly speechless as all she can say is “What?” with a shocked look on her face.
Anna gets some answers, but it looks like the answers she gets aren’t ones she expects! Even she looks shocked at the new intel she’s received!
Jordan Spills The Tea
Anna had advised Jordan to stay out of Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) business, but as usual, Jordan doesn’t listen.
Curtis is dismayed and devastated as his ex-wife tells him, “Portia’s pregnant!” He’ll commiserate with good friend Mayor Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) then he’ll deal with Portia. He’ll also confront Isiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), so it sounds like he’s putting the puzzle pieces together.

Britt’s New Job
In the meantime, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is dissatisfied with someone’s job performance-he says he’s tired of their failure to make progress” as Professor Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) face is shown. He says to someone, “You’re being replaced” as Britt walks through the door! Is Britt going to take Dalton’s place in the cold fusion work and other mysterious projects?
Or has she been working for Sidwell and Dalton and she’s the one being replaced? Which begs the question, if so, then who is the mysterious “C”?
