Pre-emption Alert
Before we dive into the drama, GH will be pre-empted on Tuesday, September 30, and Wednesday, October 1, due to MLB daytime games. In fact, Thursday’s show is still tentative based on Wednesday’s game results.
Tracy Quartermaine’s Vow
Let’s start off with Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak). The woman has turned up at the Quartermaine estate in Port Charles on the day of Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) funeral service.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) never met the woman, and only knows of her from having Monica investigated years ago. While Ronnie claims Monica wrote to her, Tracy doesn’t believe any of it.

Tracy will make a vow, which is likely to stop Ronnie from getting any of Monica’s estate. In an interesting twist, Sonny will make a new connection, and it sounds like he and Ronnie will have a conversation at the hospital.
Everyone knows the history between Sonny and Tracy, and during a GH preview clip, Ronnie let’s it be known that she won’t allow Tracy to intimidate her.
Ava Jerome’s Perfect Timing
Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she gets a knife put to her throat by Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). While Ava Jerome (Maura West) gave Ric another sedative, he didn’t swallow it.
Of course, it was only a matter of time before Ric escaped. However, Ric is unlikely to kill Alexis. He just wants to get free. Ava does come in at just the right time.
Does she bash him over the head again, just like last time? In any case, they need to find a more secure place to hold Ric.

Britt Westbourne Confronted
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 30 reveal that Britt will get confronted by Liz. Fans watched as Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) visited her alive son in the hospital.
However, Britt followed behind her mother, but had her head hanging down and low. Then, Liesl told Britt to give her brother a hug. While she did, there was something very off about Britt’s reaction.
Then, in tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Liz to confront Britt. So I wonder if Liz notices something is off? Especially if Britt acts out when James West (Gary James Fuller) goes to see his father for the first time ever?

Thursday, October 2, 2025
Britt will question Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) on whether or not Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) would be okay with James meeting Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
Speaking of, the GH preview for Thursday’s show, reveals a pretty creepy-looking Nathan, when he meets James for the first time. Anyone else get the feeling that Nathan isn’t “Nathan”?
Meanwhile, Carly gets interrogated, but it sounds like she may do a little interrogating herself. Carly will likely be called to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) office, and it sounds like the two women will clash.
