General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that more Congressman Crooked Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) drama could be unleashed in PC and it hinges on Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) ringtone.
On the October 13 episode, fans watched as Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) returned to Drew’s house and recalled what they experienced the night of the shooting.
Who Shot Drew?
At some point Trina and Kai recall hearing “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” the ringtone Drew set for his daughter Scout. They then theorize that when Scout called her dad the noise heard while Drew was wounded on the floor may have prompted the bad guy to run.
But there could be a complication. What if Drew is not the only person who has that ringtone for Scout? One or more loved ones could have replicated the tone for Scout.
For example, in happier days Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) may have set “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” to play when Scout called.
Does Drew’s Shooting Hinge on a Ringtone?
Scout is close to Willow so her calling the woman who was set to marry her dad is not unusual.
Scout’s grandma Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) may have used the nursery rhyme on her phone.
What we’re getting at is that several people could conceivably have the ringtone, and it could be what reveals the shooter. Will Trina and Kai attention unexpectedly hear the ringtone and hence discover a clue?
Scout’s Unique Ringtone
Kai and Trina are in a sticky situation however. They were not supposed to be in Drew’s house the night of the shooting so they’d have to think twice before coming forward with information.
Still, we predict that Scout’s ringtone seems is key to solving the mystery—was it the culprit’s phone ringing that night and not Drew’s?
What Happens Next on the ABC Soap?
If so, it has the potential to strengthen a possible case against Willow or Alexis or anyone connected to Scout.
