General Hospital spoilers reveal that a preview clip has been released Wednesday, October 8, 2025. It shows Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) responding to a threat. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) thinks he’s free of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Anna Devane’s Declaration
Let’s start from the beginning of the preview clip. First up, we have Port Charles police commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). They are in a race to find who tried to kill Drew but there are a lot of suspects.
In the preview clip, Anna tells Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) that if anyone knows how to clean up evidence, it’s “him.” Is she referring to Brennan?

Josslyn Jacks’ New Assignment
Speaking of Jack, he summons Josslyn right as she returns to town. The man informs the blonde that he has a very important assignment for her.
Chances are, this has something to do with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). However, I have a feeling that Jack is just going to complicate things, not make them easier.
If Joss is asked to destroy evidence to protect Carly, she will do it. However, Carly also insists she didn’t shoot Drew.
With there already being secrets between the mother and daughter, this could definitely put a crimp in their relationship.

Liz Baldwin Questioned
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, October 8 reveal that the preview clip also features Carly and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
The blonde goes to the nurse to try to get information. When Liz hesitates, the Metro Court owner says, “If it’s me they are looking at, I need to know!”

The preview clip for today’s episode also shows Curtis making a declaration to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). The man tells the pregnant doctor that if he’s right, it means Drew no longer has any power over them.
Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) makes an admission to Drew. What the heck is this girl doing? She should be running from the congressman, not getting closer!
Also, Britt tells an unseen blonde, “Is that a threat?” Only the very top of the hair on the mystery person can be seen. However, we can tell she’s blonde and a female. The hair texture doesn’t look like Carly’s, though. Maybe it’s Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening)?
