Ned Quartermaine’s Fate
The preview clip doesn’t show Ned’s fate, but it sounds like he is still alive. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) comes out to talk to Ned’s family about his condition.
It sounds like Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) tells them to do the emergency bypass. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) pleads for information about her father.
We know that the written spoilers state that BLQ will lean on Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) for support. So, while Ned might be alive for now, a lot will be a mystery until he wakes up. If he ever wakes up.

Alexis Davis’ Warning
Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she gets more pressure from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
However, the lawyer quickly steps up and reminds Drew that Willow could lose her freedom. The lawyer adds that Willow doesn’t need the distraction.
Willow Tait vs Michael Corinthos
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, November 12 reveal that Willow confronts Michael. The preview clip shows an uneasy Michael listening to Willow rant about knowing he put the gun in her room.
The nurse might also bring up Michael, allowing Jacinda Breckell (Paige Herschell) near Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). Of course, Michael might warn Willow that she’s only free temporarily.

Martin Grey’s Discovery
There is also Martin, who will have a meeting with Laura. The mayor admits that she’s concerned about Rocco getting caught in the crossfire. With Rocco going ahead with Charlotte Cassadine’s (Bluesy Bruke) plan, Laura might be right to be worried!
Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is busy supporting his family during Ned’s crisis. So, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) said the plan is off for tonight.

However, Charlotte tells Rocco and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) that the three of them are doing it on their own.

Also, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) gives a reality check to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). The preview clip shows Jason telling a conflicted Britt that she has to admit that he’s not wrong.
