Despite his memory loss, it’s clear that Nathan has been engaged in activities – like operating the truck that he crashed.
If Nathan is being honest, he doesn’t remember taking the wheel, so what else might he have forgotten; is there a possibility that Nathan doesn’t recall shooting Drew?

A Brainwashed Nathan Could Be Tied Into A Lot Of Different Things
