General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) made a significant mistake regarding the search warrant for the Quartermaine mansion. Was this error deliberate; could the ADA be the one who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)?
Anna Realized The Gun Came From Edward Quartermaine’s Collection
When Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) discovered that the gun involved in Drew’s shooting belonged to Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle), she quickly arranged for a search warrant for the Q mansion.
With assistance from ADA Turner, Anna obtained the necessary paperwork and went directly to the estate to search, with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) accompanying her.
Their progress was halted when Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak), the new owner of the home, noticed that the address on the search warrant was incorrect.
The actual address of the Quartermaine residence is 66 Harbor View Road; however, the documents listed 65 Harbor View Road. Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) noticed the warrant’s errors and demanded the PCPD return with a corrected one.
Justine Turner Goofed Big Time
Turner was the one who submitted the search warrant documents, and fans noticed her at the boxing gym explaining the difference between the “65” and the “66” with a sly smile.
After the mistake, Anna felt confused at the PCPD while she voiced her concerns to Chase; after all, ADA Turner had always been meticulous in her work before.
This behavior was very unusual for the lawyer, but GH fans should not overlook the possibility that Turner might be a suspect in Drew’s shooting.
Could she still be affected by what she overheard the congressman saying to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) weeks ago?
Justine Had Visited Sonny When Drew Turned Up At His Door
Turner was at the mob boss’s place when Drew came storming to his door, making threats. While Turner was secretly in another room, Drew attempted to blackmail Sonny into giving up his waterfront property and threatened to arrest Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for assault after his nephew hit him.
Sonny stood firm against Drew’s blackmail, but Turner definitely noticed a different side of Drew afterward and promised she would catch the congressman eventually.
It’s uncertain if Turner will stick around for the long run. She has chemistry with Sonny, and the fact that she works for the Port Charles District Attorney’s office while he is a mob boss creates an intriguing love story.
Sonny And Justine Started Out Hostile
Months ago, the two were unfriendly, but now they have become playful friends. Adding to this is Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) having feelings for Turner, which could lead to a strong romance.
However, the chemistry between Sonny and Turner might be a distraction, and GH is known for quickly changing character traits.
No one would anticipate Turner being the one who shot Drew, as the ADA is usually seen as a law-abiding and respectable person. But it would be quite a twist if she turned out to be Drew’s shooter, motivated by revenge and a wish to see the “bad guys” punished.
But What If She’s Secretly Working With Jenz Sidwell?
On the other hand, one must consider the possibility that she is clandestinely collaborating with Jenz Sidwell ( Carlo Rota). The supposed “error” regarding the address could very well have been a strategic maneuver to assist him.
It could be that Turner is not the individual who shot Drew, but rather is providing support to the true perpetrator.
Upcoming spoilers tease that in any dramatic narrative involving a mystery of “who did it,” the actual culprit is typically the character that the audience least anticipate. This certainly makes ADA Turner a fitting candidate in this scenario, does it not?
