Monica Quartermaine’s Goodbye Continues
Let’s start off with Monica’s goodbye. The legendary and iconic character passed away, and fans have just started to see the funeral. Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) went up to speak about Monica.
During Friday’s show, friends and family will gather at the Quartermaine mansion for a reception of sorts. This is when fans might expect to see Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) bond with Jason, and the rest of the Qs!
More people will speak about Monica’s positive affect on their lives and how much they love her. However, there will be the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) situation to deal with.

Tracy Quartermaine Encouraged
Before we talk about Drew, let’s focus on Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott). The woman was supposed to go up and speak about Monica at the funeral.
However, she suddenly said she couldn’t do it, so Lucy and then Jason went up instead. Lucy insists that Tracy will regret it forever, but she’s always been a woman who does things her own way.
Next, expect Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to push Tracy to go up there. However, it sounds like she will continue to refuse. Maybe she will speak about Monica in private, and not in front of everyone.
Some strong women refuse to show emotion, even at funerals. It just might be too much for her right now.

Erika Slezak Debuts
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 26 reveal that Tracy does go into the mausoleum at some point. So, that might be Tracy’s chance to speak about Monica away from everyone else.
However, Tracy sees an unknown woman there, trespassing on the Q estate. Tracy asks who she is, and that is when Slezak turns around. It is speculated that she is Monica’s long-lost sister and will shake things up.

Finally, Let’s talk about Drew crashing the funeral. Nobody wants him there, especially since he filed restraining orders against the family members.
Drew told Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) that he just wanted to say goodbye to his mom. However, those emotions seem pretty fake to me. Drew likely is going to make some kind of inappropriate or shocking announcement.
In fact, during a preview for tomorrow’s show, Drew vows to Martin that he’ll “stop at nothing”. It sounds like he has revenge on the brain.
Maybe that is why Slezak is there. Has Drew hired her to cause chaos for the Qs? Only time will tell!
