General Hospital recaps for Tuesday, September 16 reveal missing fathers, angry mothers, and lost and found. Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) worries about her missing father, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is an angry mother, and Outback the dog goes from lost to found!
Gio And Emma Talk About The Missing Outback And Other Things
At the Brown Dog bar, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) hands the bartender a flyer for the missing Outback, picks up some beer, and takes it to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).
They discuss their next steps; Gio believes they should offer a cash reward from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Emma suggests they could ask Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) – he hesitates. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
He used to see her as a friend, but she has changed since becoming his great-grandmother-she desires more, and Sonny selected him before realizing they were related.
Emma receives a call about Outback, and they hurry off; they come back without any progress, and Gio comforts her with a hug as she blames herself for messing things up.
They share a moment, gazing into each other’s eyes-they pull away, and Emma becomes more determined, refusing to give up on finding the dog – they set off again, flyers in hand.
Missing Fathers
Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) are sitting close by. Molly inquires if Liz has heard from her father, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), who sent an email saying he’s on a digital detox; that doesn’t seem like him.
Liz is confident he’ll return in time for Willow’s hearing-they both agree that it might be a good moment for some soul searching.
Molly updates Liz about Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) paying Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to charm Ava Jerome (Maura West) so that Ric would get back together with Liz.

Elizabeth believes that she and Ric are better friends now; Molly is aware that she’s a positive influence on her dad- Liz thinks he has changed a bit.
Kristina And Ava Talk, As Lucas Drops In
At Ava’s, Kristina and Ava discuss how Liz is understanding about Ric’s absence- Krissy is concerned that Liz might search for him; Ava believes Liz is too occupied to do that.
Kristina is taken aback that Ava isn’t anxious about her friendship with Nina being questioned due to this situation-Ava feels that being honest with Nina is not a good move. Sometimes, you have to make tough choices.
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) shows up, surprised to find the two of them together; they quickly explain that Ava is letting Krissy take Avery to dance class. Ava mentions they are making small steps towards peace. It’s in Avery’s best interest.

Lucas Is Drunk, And Tells Krissy And Ava The Britch Is Back
Lucas is completely exhausted; he seems indifferent. He shares with her that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has come back to life, and that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Britt are now close friends, plotting together and revealing each other’s darker sides.
He questions whether Brad was aware of her existence all along and attempted to leverage his feigned sorrow to bring them back together. They ponder how long it will be before Brad returns now that Britt has reappeared.
Willow Arrives At Nina’s, The Two Argue
Willow arrives at Nina’s, and says there’s an issue with her lawyer-Ric’s gone away for a month; Nina acts like this is the first she’s heard, Willow’s surprised.
She assumes Nina hired him to represent her-Nina admits it-she did because he’s a shark and Willow needed a shark to get her kids back. Willow isn’t happy, saying he told her to stay away from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) for good or she’d never get her kids back.

She thinks Nina told him to say that-Nina cops to it and explains it’s for her own good-Willow has a hard time trusting her mother, assuming she wants to control her. Nina says someone has to because otherwise, she’ll keep letting Drew be in charge of her life; she threw her life away.
Nina Snaps At Willow
She tells Willow to quit blaming others for her own mistakes and snaps that Willow could find a freezer full of heads and would still brag about how great he is.
Willow replies that it used to be true, but she has her own mind now. Nina asks when she last used it- Drew uses his kids to make her do what he wants.
He’s controlling her; Willow accuses her mom of just standing by and watching her get manipulated. While Nina believes they are very similar, Willow disagrees-they keep arguing, and Willow thinks someone should take everything away from her for once.
Brook Lynn Goes To Maxie’s, Encounters Lulu There
Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) visits Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) home, where Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) mentions that Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) took Georgie Jones (Lily Fisher) to her science fair overnight.
Meanwhile, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) took James West (Gary James Fuller) to see Cody at the stable. Brook Lynn tells Lulu she can go, but Lulu thinks Brook Lynn is trying to get rid of her.
Unable to resist breaking the truce, she complains about Brook Lynn allowing her son to dig up dirt on Britt. Lulu informs Brook Lynn that Britt is alive, stating that evil never dies-they discuss Britt’s return and ponder what it could mean.
Brook Lynn Apologizes, They Continue To Discuss Britt And Rocco
Brook Lynn says sorry, but Lulu, still upset, understands she was right to speed things up-Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is more interested in her, and she’s still a problem.
Lulu hopes this means Rocco will avoid her—Brook Lynn gets it; Lulu fears Britt might turn him down and he could get hurt. Brook Lynn hears Lulu’s concerns and knows she and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) just want the best for their son.
Lulu thinks if she tries to keep them apart, Rocco will view her as the villain. Brook Lynn believes that regardless of the situation, he’ll be okay, and she’ll take care of things at Maxie’s so Lulu can spend time with her son.
Jason Finds Britt At The Pier
At the pier, Britt tells Jason that coming back was a mistake, he asks her why, and she tells him to keep his distance. He mentions that his child discovered a dead body there a few days ago and shares some details; she laughs when he mistakenly calls the boy ‘Ben’ instead of Rocco.
‘What a silly name,’ she comments, asking what Rocco is like; Jason suggests she should find out for herself, but she doubts that Lulu and Dante would want them to meet.
He talks a bit about how responsible the kid is-she realizes he is nothing like her; naturally, he isn’t—she scolds herself for being a thief.
He offers to drive her home, but her mother won’t be pleased to see her; she doesn’t have a list of friends there—Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will take her in. Jason informs her that Brad no longer lives there, but she still has a friend in him.
James Tells Cody About His Nightmare
At the stables, Felicia urges James to speak with Cody, and he shares that he had a nightmare in which he couldn’t locate his mother.
He feels responsible for her cardiac arrest, believing that he only causes her worry-Cody and Felicia reassure him Maxie loves him and that he is not to blame for her coma
They agree that it would be best for him to continue his adventures—his mom would appreciate that; he is set to ride Comet for the first time this weekend.
Felicia and James leave, and Kristina shows up and confronts him about being a terrible scam artist and exposing himself-he apologizes. She thinks it turned out okay, but they are worried about Molly; Cody mentioned she was polite.
Krissy Tells Cody Molly Cares About Him, An Item Returns From Lost And Found
Krissy is aware that her sister still has feelings for Cody. Cody mentions that he will be available for her if she wishes, but she has made it clear that she does not want to communicate with him—he will honor that. He tells her to leave, and she smiles to herself, saying, “I think the cowboy protests too much.”
She walks away, and Cody thinks she is crazy; he is about to eat a hoagie when he decides to grab a beer first. When he gets back to his bench, the hoagie is missing-he spots Outback nearby, enjoying it.
