‘General Hospital’ Recap October 21: Drew’s Shocking Deal, Ronnie Evicts Tracy & Portia’s Secret Exposed

By James Davis 10/22/2025

General Hospital recaps for Tuesday, October 21 reveal Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) made a deal, and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) apologized to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

Also, Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak) accused Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) of drugging her, and evicted her from the Quartermaine mansion.

Drew Barges Into Alexis’s House

After Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) arraignment, Drew went to Alexis Davis’s (Nancy lee Grahn) house and asked her to defend Willow.

When Alexis said no, Drew accused her of not helping an innocent woman who had been framed and kept from her kids.

Alexis pushed back, reminding Drew that he had kept Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) away from her family. Learn more about tomorrow’s episode, below! (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Despite the argument, Alexis refused to change her mind, so Drew tried to convince her by offering to lift the restraining order and let her see Scout whenever she wanted. Alexis told Drew he was using her granddaughter as a bargaining chip.

Drew  Makes A Deal

Drew brought up Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), asking if this was what her late daughter would have wanted. Alexis still refused to represent Willow, but when Drew promised she wouldn’t have to deal with him, she agreed as long as he lifted all the restraining orders.

Drew agreed to most of her terms, but said Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), whom he called the hit man’s son, couldn’t see his daughter.

Alexis called him petty for treating Sam’s son that way, but finally agreed when Drew made it clear Scout could see everyone except Danny. Drew said Alexis could see Scout the next day if she met with Willow first.

Kai Apologizes To Curtis

Curtis invited Kai to Bobbie’s to talk, but before they could start, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening)  came over to pitch a new angle on Drew’s shooting. Curtis told her she could present her story to Aurora, and then turned back to Kai.

Curtis shared that he and Portia Robinson were getting a divorce and asked Kai to support Trina; Kai said he hoped it wasn’t because of what Drew had put them through.

Curtis was surprised to hear Kai criticize Drew, but glad Kai was finally seeing his true colors; Kai wondered if he should keep working for someone he didn’t respect.

Curtis told him to stay if it helped him reach his goals, but to stick to his own values, especially since Drew would do anything to clear Willow’s name.

Lucas And Lulu Discussed The Shooting

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) ran into Lulu at the restaurant and asked her for the latest gossip about the Quartermaine tea party.

Lulu said she hadn’t seen Tracy cause any trouble, but she and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) had caught Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) arguing.

Lulu believed Michael might have shot Drew and tried to frame Willow; Lucas disagreed, saying he thought Willow could have done it.

He explained that her intense desire to be a mom sometimes made her lose sight of what was best for Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko).

He pointed out that Willow had a motive and warned Lulu to be careful about targeting Michael in her reporting. If she did, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) would never forgive her, and she might end up helping someone guilty go free.

Lucas And Lulu Continued Debating

As their debate went on, Lulu insisted she wasn’t targeting Michael, just sharing the facts-she suggested Michael might have been provoking his ex for months, trying to make Willow seem unstable.

Lucas disagreed, saying Michael couldn’t have known Willow would break down in court and blamed Drew for manipulating her.

When Lucas called Michael a good man, Lulu compared him to Sonny Corinthos, saying he could be ruthless too; she quietly added that Michael was just like his father.

Lucas thought Carly and Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) helped balance Sonny’s influence on Michael, but  Lulu worried about Michael after hearing him say he hoped Willow never saw their kids again.

She thought Michael could justify anything if he believed it was for Wiley and Amelia’s good-Lucas sighed, saying if that was true, the kids were in trouble, because Willow was the same way.

Jordan Confronted Portia About Her Pregnancy

After figuring out at Ronnie’s welcome tea that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is pregnant, Jordan confronted her in the front hall and asked if Curtis knew about the baby. Portia told Jordan to stay out of it, grabbed her coat, and left, slamming the door behind her.

Right away, Jordan called Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and left a message asking her to meet at the Brown Dog to share the news. Anna basically told Jordan to stay out of it, agreeing it wasn’t her business.

Tracy And Ronnie Had It Out, Ronnie Accused Tracy Of Drugging Her

In the Quartermaine living room, Tracy argued once again with the guest of honor. Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton), Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Stella Henry (Vernée Watson), and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) looked on.

Brook Lynn and Felicia quickly intervened before Tracy could hit Ronnie with a crystal vase, and Olivia tried to help Ronnie sober up.

Tracy kept stirring up trouble, saying Ronnie’s presence was an insult to the whole Quartermaine family. Tracy accused Ronnie of being drunk, but Ronnie insisted she hadn’t had any alcohol and wondered aloud if someone had drugged her.

All Eyes Were On Tracy

At that, Elizabeth, Brook Lynn, and Felicia glanced at Tracy, but Tracy brushed off the idea and told Ronnie to go upstairs and rest. Ronnie refused to back down, saying someone wanted to embarrass her at the party, and Tracy was the only one unhappy enough to do it.

Brook Lynn remembered how Tracy had tried to show everyone at the party that Ronnie didn’t belong, accusing her grandmother of putting something in Ronnie’s tea.

Tracy denied it, but Olivia laughed and reminded everyone about the time Tracy got Alexis drunk and set her up for drunk driving; Ronnie was shocked and called Tracy horrible.

Ronnie Evicted Tracy

Tired of Tracy’s mean behavior since they first met in the crypt, Ronnie finally had enough-she told Tracy to leave her house and not come back. When no one stood up for her, Tracy looked around, hurt that her family was supporting someone she thought was a con artist.

She pointed out to Ronnie that, even though she had written to Monica, they had never arranged to meet. Holding back tears, Tracy said it was unfair to give the house to someone who was only a sister by name, while she, who had spent 45 years with Monica, was left with just a jar of relish.

Tracy shouted that Monica was never cruel and that something was wrong; she insisted she hadn’t drugged Ronnie, then said she would leave. She planned to take all her family photos and treasured belongings, and would call for her things in the morning, then left the room in silence.

Portia Ran Into Isaiah

After leaving Ronnie’s party in frustration, Portia went to the hospital and ran into Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). In her office, she vented to him about Curtis telling Jordan they were getting divorced, saying she was looking forward to not dealing with Jordan anymore.

Isaiah tried to lift her spirits by inviting her to his newly renovated cabin for a romantic weekend, but she said it wasn’t the right time for a trip. Seeing her reluctance, Isaiah offered her the key in case she wanted some time alone.

Portia appreciated the offer and told him she wanted to spend time with him, not by herself, then kissed him, later agreeing to the trip.

Trina Met Up With Josslyn

At the Brown Dog, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) told Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about her parents’ breakup and how Drew had been blackmailing them. Meanwhile, Anna waited with a glass of wine for Jordan, who arrived and complained about all the chances Curtis had given Portia.

Jordan felt upset that Portia was hiding her pregnancy during their divorce, believing it was another tactic for Portia to cling to Curtis, as he wouldn’t want to be apart from his child.

Anna pointed out that this didn’t make sense if Portia hadn’t told Curtis about the baby yet. Jordan considered whether she should be the one to tell Curtis, but before Anna could answer, Trina came over and asked to speak with Jordan alone.

Trina Told Jordan To Stay Away From Curtis, Anna Confronted Josslyn

Trina took the barstool Anna had just left and asked Curtis if he had told Jordan about his divorce from Portia-Jordan said she already knew. Trina insisted her parents still loved each other and could work things out if Jordan stayed away from Curtis.

Meanwhile, Anna sat across from Josslyn and let her know she was aware of Josslyn’s WSB agent status, asking if she had heard Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) name at the Five Poppies.

Josslyn pointed out that Anna was no longer with the WSB and couldn’t share information. Anna replied that she knew Faison better than anyone, and if he was involved, things could get very dangerous; she told Josslyn, ‘Make no mistake, you need me.’
