General Hospital recap for Thursday, October 16 reveal Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) busted Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was interrogated, and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) did family therapy.
Plus, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) advised her daughter, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had a revelation, and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) covered up his captivity.
Jason Busts Jack To Carly
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was reading the note card Jack sent with a dozen red roses when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) walked in.
She told him about her talk with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), how she found out S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) was a WSB agent, and how upset she was that Jack kept it from her. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
When Carly started to defend Jack, saying she understood Vaughn’s job was secret and that Jack had promised Josslyn was safe, Jason interrupted and said Jack was lying.
Carly got angry at Jason for always thinking the worst of Jack and said she wanted to be honest with him. Jason agreed their friendship mattered most, then told Carly that Josslyn was also in the WSB.
Carly Was Blindsided And Furious
Carly didn’t believe it, insisting Josslyn was just a PCU college student- Jason recounted how he saw Joss and Vaughn undercover for Jack Brennan while rescuing Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) at Five Poppies.
Carly, still skeptical, asked how he knew-Jason explained that Anna had figured it out and sent him to find Josslyn in Croatia
Carly panicked at Jason’s suggestion that Josslyn’s trip to Easter Island was WSB training and grew angrier, realizing Jason had been back with Britt for a month.

He kept quiet to honor Josslyn’s wishes but didn’t want to lie to Carly or let Brennan put someone he cared about in danger.
Carly wanted to get her daughter out immediately, but Jason warned that it would risk Josslyn’s life. Frustrated and angry with Jack, Carly smashed a vase of roses against the wall.

Jack Interrogates Valentin
After Valentin reunited with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) at Steinmauer, Jack pressed him for information about Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.
Valentin wanted to see Anna, but Jack refused, saying Anna wanted nothing to do with him and was busy with two major cases. When Jack pushed again for details, Valentin questioned why Jack cared so much about a dead man.
Jack explained that two of Faison’s children had recently returned from the dead, and Britt was found working at a research facility in Croatia.
Valentin pointed out that if Britt was involved in anything related to Faison, he would not have trusted her to lead it, and Faison was not working alone.
Jack Wanted The Name Of Faison’s Partner
Jack asked for the name of Faison’s partner, but Valentin said he didn’t know. He did reveal that the project was still active and making big advances, even though it was dangerous.
This frustrated Jack, who argued that the cold fusion project was partly based in Charlotte’s hometown and urged Valentin to cooperate.
Even though he was in shackles, Valentin reminded Jack that he should focus on keeping his daughter safe. Valentin finished by warning that whoever was running the project did not care about the risks, would not stop until they succeeded, and was just as committed as Faison had been.

Nathan’s Family Therapy
Nathan took his mom to the Metro Court restaurant, but Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) cheerful mood quickly changed when she saw Britt at the bar.
Trying to mediate, Nathan asked Britt to join them for dinner, but she refused; Liesl’s sarcastic, half-hearted invitation didn’t sway Britt, but Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) arrival to dine with them did.
Once seated, Liesl’s sharp remarks about her daughter prompted Nathan to pull her aside for a private talk in the foyer.
He urged her to ease up on Britt, but a stubborn Liesl defended her actions, claiming Britt deserved worse for her selfish choice. Eventually, Nathan persuaded his mom to let go of her grudge and appreciate that they were all alive and together again.

Rocco Had Questions
At the table, when Britt told Rocco she didn’t blame her mom for being upset, he suggested that Liesl might need more time, as it was clear to him that Obrecht loved her.
Back at the table with Nathan, Liesl apologized for snapping at Britt and suggested taking a photo together.
After Rocco snapped a selfie, Nathan joked about the wild family Rocco had joined; curious, Rocco asked why Nathan was raised with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Liesl explained it was to keep him away from his father, Cesar- Rocco doubted Faison was as bad as people said, noting that similar things were said about them that weren’t true. Britt countered that Faison was irredeemable, an awful man who, thankfully, is dead.
Lulu Advises Charlotte
On their flight back to Port Charles from Switzerland, Lulu worried she had made a mistake by allowing Charlotte to see Valentin, even though Charlotte wanted to visit him again.
She felt relieved he was still the same man, despite being in shackles, and thanked Lulu for the visit, which Lulu had hesitated about.
Lulu reminded her that reaching out to Valentin had risks, as his enemies could use Charlotte against them, and urged her to be truthful for the family’s safety.
Charlotte expressed her wish to make good choices, fearing it might cause conflicts with her mom, who reassured her disagreements were normal and praised Charlotte’s loyalty to her loved ones.,
Later, while Lulu read on her tablet, Charlotte checked a message from Rocco with a selfie of him, Obrecht, Nathan, and Britt and remembered Valentin’s warning but kept the message from her mom.
Anna And Dante’s Discussions
Anna was not shocked to hear from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that the forensics team found nothing in Nina’s apartment.
However, she was taken aback to learn that Brennan had taken Lulu and Charlotte to Switzerland to see Valentin.
Anna speculated that Jack must have had a reason for arranging the visit, suggesting that Valentin had crucial information the WSB station chief wanted. She noted the suspicious timing of Charlotte’s Steinmauer trip right after Britt and Nathan reappeared. “Jack wouldn’t be using the Charlotte card without essential info from Valentin-why does he need this info just as two of Faison’s children have come back?” she pondered.
Dante Reminded Her Faison Is Dead
Dante reminded her that Faison was dead, his brain preserved, but Anna insisted she understood Faison’s work well.
She emphasized that nothing could be taken for granted with Faison; Anna remembered that although Valentin wasn’t in Faison’s inner circle, Faison valued his intelligence.
Dante mentioned that Valentin was close to Faison’s other son, Peter August (Wes Ramsey), but Anna believed Faison had always been more focused on Nathan.
Dante pointed out that while Nathan’s whereabouts were unknown, his former partner had no ties to Faison.
This worried Anna, as she feared Faison might be the reason for Nathan’s amnesia;” if anyone could convincingly fake their own death and make us feel secure, it’s Cesar Faison,” the commissioner realized.
Cody’s Frustration
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) was frustrated by the blame game among Ric Lansing, (Rick Hearst) Ava Jerome (Maura West), Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).
He tried to leave Alexis’s house but was stopped by Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) at the door. Thrilled to see Ric in her mom’s living room, Molly expressed how much she missed him and was glad he was back to complete their wild family.
Instead of revealing his captors, Ric said he’d been in hell for 30 days on a digital detox and thanked Cody for saving his sanity.
Seeing less than a minute left on the wire transfer on Alexis’s laptop, Ric shut it down and chose to hide the truth from Molly.

Ric Hurriedly Made Up A Ridiculous Cover Story
To explain his absence, he claimed he’d joined a cult; Ric described how he had to give up his phone and drink a tea.
“Are you saying you literally drank the Kool-aid,” Molly replied dryly- because it was part of the detox but later learned it wasn’t tea. Unsure of what to say next, Ric stuttered, “I uh… I uh…” making Molly think he’d been on an ayahuasca trip.
As Kristina, Ava, and Alexis watched with concern, Ric went along with Molly’s guess, saying that when he finally woke up, he took his phone and left, and that’s when Cody and Outback found him lost in the woods.
Cody minimized the accolades he received for rescuing Ric from a perilous cult and volunteered to take Molly and Ric to the hospital.

Ric’s Captors Tried To Follow The Money
Once outside, Ava, Kristina, and Alexis focused on their devices to check the money transfer status. With the Cassadine funds back in Ace Cassadine’s (Jay and Joey Clay) account, Ava’s divorce settlement restored, and Ric’s car wrecked, they sighed in relief.
Kristina expressed her worry that Ric might tell Molly the truth, while Alexis pointed out he couldn’t reveal them without implicating himself.
Ava thought Alexis should feel relieved the chaos was over, but Alexis insisted they weren’t in the clear: Laura Collins (Genie Francis) would want to know how the funds returned to Ace. Ric would have to explain the emails sent in his name- plus, he’d likely seek revenge.

Alexis Was Worried Cody Might Turn Them Into The Police
Alexis was also concerned Cody might betray them, but Kristina reassured her that Cody wouldn’t want to be the reason Molly’s family ended up in prison. “Cody knows how much Molly loves her family,”
Kristina said. “He won’t be the reason she loses us.” She didn’t mention that she could tell that Molly and Cody were into each other, although Alexis could tell too.
Cody’s opinion of Alexis, Ric, and Kristina had already been voiced loudly, just before Molly showed up at the door. Cody declared all three were nuts and couldn’t see how they and Molly were related!

Felicia Unloaded On Elizabeth About The Nathan And James Situation
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) expressed her concerns to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about the possibility of Nathan wanting his son to come live with him.
Although Nathan had the legal right to take James West (Gary James Fuller), Felicia believed it would be more beneficial for the boy to remain in his family home.
After all, Nathan wasn’t around and was presumed dead when James was born, so he’d be moving in with someone he hardly knew.
Liz encouraged Felicia to have a conversation with Nathan, suggesting that she should motivate him to be involved in James’s family life rather than remove him from it.

Molly And Cody Arrive At The Hospital With Ric
Later, Liz found herself at the Nurses’ Desk when Molly and Cody showed up with Ric; she felt a wave of relief upon seeing Ric, but his worn-out look made her anxious.
Liz decided to take him to an exam room; he expressed his regret for worrying her, just as she was about to fill him in on Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Ric admitted that he hadn’t been working for Willow for free — Nina had been funding him. “
Willow wouldn’t accept my assistance if she knew Nina was involved, and what’s the point of you trusting me if it’s based on a falsehood?”
Ric remarked with a hint of irony. Liz realized that prior to this experience, Ric would never have shared such information, and they exchanged a touching moment when he smiled, saying that she always recognized the best in him.

Molly Almost Kissed Cody
In the hallway, Molly expressed her gratitude to Cody for saving her dad, as she couldn’t bear the thought of losing anyone else she loved.
She then mentioned the evening she had walked in on him and Ava at the stables, noting that she never had the chance to share what she intended to say.
Cody encouraged her to speak up now since they had a moment to spare, but Molly proposed that it might be simpler to demonstrate instead.
As she leaned in to kiss Cody, their lips almost touching, Elizabeth suddenly interrupted with the information that Ric was requesting her presence.
