General Hospital recaps for Monday, October 27, reveal Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) agreed to a getaway, while Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) shed tears.
Plus, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) was blindsided, and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) tore into Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Portia Robinson’s Secret Getaway
General Hospital recaps for Monday, October 27, note Portia secretly left for a weekend with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson); at the end of the workday, Isaiah picked her up, and they shared a passionate kiss.
However, Portia had more work to finish before they left and urged him to go ahead and prepare the cabin. They quickly parted and tried to act casual when Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) knocked on the door, apologizing for the interruption.
Isaiah thanked Portia for the consult and left, prompting Trina to ask her mother if she was hungry and wanted to join her for dinner.
Portia was more worried about how Trina was coping with her parents’ divorce-Trina said she understood the situation but felt sad. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)
Trina Robinson’s Wish
Trina held onto the hope that Curtis and Portia, could still participate in family gatherings together, and Portia concurred that this was indeed a possibility.
However, it was likely that they would need some time for healing before they could make that happen. When Trina got a text from Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) inviting her out for dinner, Portia was all for it.
She urged her to accept the invitation, as she still had plenty of work to finish. Later on, after Portia arrived at the cabin, Isaiah greeted her with a passionate kiss.
Curtis Ashford Dropped In On Jordan Ashford
In her apartment, Jordan poured wine and remembered accusing Portia of being pregnant when Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) knocked on her door with an inspection report.
They chatted about her new place until her Noodle Buddha order came, and she asked him to join her for dinner. While eating, Curtis joked she didn’t need to set this up to see him, then assured her she wasn’t the cause of his marriage ending.
He explained he and Portia realized they were too different to stay together. Jordan looked torn.

Curtis Wanted To Reconcile, Jordan Started To Cry
General Hospital recaps for the October 27 show reveal, Curtis had stayed for Trina’s sake, but it wasn’t fair to anyone. Curtis told Jordan he still felt drawn to her, and when she admitted the same, he worried he had ended their marriage too soon.
He also apologized for the things he had done that had driven them apart, and realized his mistakes. As he shared his regrets, Jordan started to cry.
“Jordan… I’m ready to try again,” he said. “If you are.” She faced him and expressed she wanted that too, but added, “But I can’t.”
Lulu Spencer Blindsided
Across town, Lulu was blindsided and displeased to learn that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) had dinner with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) couldn’t grasp what the issue was. Lulu clarified that she and Liesl were managing Rocco’s interactions with the woman who gave birth to him, expressing her concern that Britt might be influencing him.
However, Nathan reassured her that he had invited his sister without knowing about their arrangement.
Lulu felt hurt that Rocco had done this without informing her and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), while Nathan still failed to see the significance of the situation.

Nathan West’s Promise
Nathan pointed out that Rocco hadn’t snuck out; they simply encountered him, and he even offered to drive him home afterward, but Rocco said his mom was coming to pick him up.
Lulu then realized that her son had deceived them all-Nathan speculated whether Rocco might be testing her. He insisted that Rocco appeared to be a good kid who would likely confess about the dinner.
He attempted to imply that Britt might not be as bad as Lulu thought, but she remained unconvinced.
Nathan promised if Rocco continued to see Britt and Obrecht, he would watch him; Lulu consented to give Rocco some space and trust her son to make wise decisions.
Laura Collins Tore Into Drew Cain
GH recaps for Monday’s show state that while at the Quartermaine mansion, Laura reprimanded Drew for threatening teenagers and insisted that Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco explain the nature of the argument.
Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak) interjected, revealing that Drew had prohibited them from seeing their sister. Laura recognized the “completely unnecessary” restraining orders, and Rocco informed her that Drew had lifted all of them except for Danny’s.
Laura requested a private conversation with Drew, prompting Ronnie to ensure the teens had exited before returning to observe their exchange.
Laura contended that Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) should have the opportunity to spend time with her brother, but Drew labeled Danny as a bad influence.

Ronnie Bard Tore Into Drew, Too
Ronnie took issue with that remark, pointing out that Drew appeared to be the source of the problems. Drew attempted to clarify that Danny was following in Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) footsteps, and brought up the incident of Danny endangering Scout by riding her home from camp on his bike.
He took particular issue with them not using safety helmets; Ronnie erupted, accusing him of being absurd and seeking reasons to hurt Danny.
“And you know what?” she retorted; “That is cruel. And it dishonors your mother’s memory; I don’t believe a man like you deserves a house like this.”
Laura Called Drew Heartless
Laura criticized Drew for being heartless by keeping Danny and Scout apart, and Ronnie concurred. She shared her experience of being a team with Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) until they were separated and placed into the foster care system.
Drew maintained that while Monica might have been a decent big sister, Danny was not a good big brother. Ronnie told Drew to leave, warning him that she was making a significant mistake, but she firmly stated that she didn’t like him.
As Drew left, he reminded Ronnie that his offer for the mansion still stood, but he wouldn’t apologize for safeguarding his daughter.

Laura Officially Welcomed Ronnie To PC
Laura, as the mayor, officially welcomed her to Port Charles-later, while talking with Monica’s sister, Laura found it funny to discover that she had thrown Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) out.
She remembered her time working for Lila Quartermaine (Anna Lee) many years ago, recalling a significant tea party that went wrong when Monica and Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) showed up fighting.
Ronnie was excited to learn more about the real Monica, instead of a cleaned-up version. Laura guessed that Monica had given the mansion to her sister so she could be part of the family she had found.
She was also glad she hadn’t sold it to Drew, as she wanted Ronnie to stay in Port Charles for a while.
Gio Palmieri & Emma Scorpio-Drake Caught Up
General Hospital recaps for October 27 imply that Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) met Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) at Bobbie’s to say he had a good talk with Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer).
She asked if he and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) might get closer, but he wasn’t sure-Gio felt no one could replace Camilla Palmieri (uncast) as his mother.
He complained that Dante and Brook Lynn acted like his parents, but they weren’t, and he didn’t need them. Emma reminded him that parents matter.
He admitted that after talking to Lois, he thought he could eventually have a relationship with Brook Lynn and Dante.

Gio’s “Lois Cerullo” Update
Gio also mentioned that Lois scolded him for dropping out of school and quitting music, recalling how his mother said music turns feelings into sounds. Since learning the truth about his birth parents, he lost that passion.
Emma suggested he could use music to regain it, sharing her passion for animals and her wish to stop Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) animal testing. Changing the subject, Gio decided they should focus on stopping him.
The Whole Gang Gathers
Danny and Rocco met Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) at Bobbie’s. Danny complained about Drew lifting all the restraining orders except his.
Rocco asked about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart); she said the visit was good, but her father warned her to tell Rocco not to trust Britt.
Rocco said he would be careful but wouldn’t stop seeing Britt. Emma and Gio came over and asked if they wanted to help prove Dalton was doing illegal animal testing, and they all quickly agreed.
Gio reminded them not to do anything illegal, and Emma said they would just distract the security guard; the kids promised they were in whenever Emma said so.

Sonny Corinthos’s Encounter
At the Metro Court, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) congratulated Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) for helping Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) avoid trouble with the police.
He praised Marco for being with the best law firm and warned him not to let his father ruin things. After Sonny left, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) showed up, and Marco angrily questioned if Sonny would ever pay for his mother’s death.
“Oh yes,” Sidwell assured, waving and smiling at Sonny from across the room. “And very soon-he’ll be gone for good.”
Martin Grey Joined In
Later, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) joined Marco and Sidwell at their table. Sidwell complained that the vote on Measure C was still too close; he insisted he needed the piers, and without the city’s threat, Sonny wouldn’t sell.
Martin promised to talk to the congressman about Sidwell’s new plan and then left. Marco was eager to deal with Sonny directly.
When he mentioned Sonny warning him against working with his father, Sidwell decided to confront the mobster.

Father-Daughter Talk
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) told Sonny that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was defending Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
He quickly realized that Alexis would try to blame Drew’s shooting on Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). At a table, Kristina said she wasn’t keen on targeting Michael but understood the need for reasonable doubt, confident in Michael’s innocence.
Sonny, however, said he could see why Michael might have shot at Drew. Sidwell came over and asked if they could resolve the misunderstanding, but Sonny replied there was no misunderstanding; he knew Sidwell’s intentions.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis Defends
GH recaps for Monday indicate that Sonny took Sidwell to the lobby, urging him to go after him, not his kids. Back at the table, Kristina defended Marco, claiming he was unlike his father, but Sonny disagreed, thinking Marco saving her from the fire at Charlie’s Pub was too convenient.
Kristina insisted her father was wrong and that Marco wanted peace. Sonny remained unconvinced and promised to be ready for whatever Sidwell was planning.
At their table, Sidwell complained about needing the piers for Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project, saying Dalton was slow and might need replacing.
Marco suggested Britt, and Sidwell agreed she’d be perfect but noted she needed motivation to return to work, and his partner was hesitant to incentivize her. Maybe he needed to persuade him.

Drew & Martin Plotted Over The Quartermaine Mansion
Drew walked over to join Martin at the Metro Court bar, and he wasted no time in expressing his dissatisfaction about Ronnie and how he’d blown his opportunity to purchase the mansion.
Martin was puzzled and couldn’t grasp why Drew was so intent on acquiring that property. In response, Drew passionately articulated that his desire was to finally be part of the exclusive circle, with all the other Quartermaines left out in the cold.
Seeing Drew’s frustration, Martin encouraged him not to lose hope, suggesting that there might just be a clever way to connect with Ronnie Bard that could turn the situation around.
