Fire Country recap and spoilers Friday, November 7 indicate that Manny Perez (Kevin Alejandro) confronts Bode Leone (Max Thieriot) about the pills in his locker. Manny wants to know why Bode has the pills. Bode says someone gave them to him but he hasn’t taken them and wasn’t going to. Manny decides to pull out a drug test. Bode confronts Audrey James (leven Rambin).
Jake Crawford (Jordan Calloway) overhears. Eve Edwards (Jules Latimer) shows Jake the note. Jake tells Eve that he overheard that Bode has pills. Manny has already tested Bode and is waiting on results. Jake says Brett believes Bode needs fired. Eve asks if he is going to end Bode’s career.
Manny Perez Tells Sharon Leone About The Pills
Manny tells Sharon who decides to tell Brett Richards about the pills. Manny defends Bode, Sharon said with Richards who wants to send Bode away.
Manny refuses to allow this and threatens to go with him. Manny takes responsibility for Bode. Manny proves that Bode is clean. Manny reassure her that he has Bode.
Manny is put in charge of this incidence. Manny has the guys catch their patient on a cart of hay. The crew learns that there is another patient up there.
Bode goes up to find the other guy who seems to have fallen in a silo. Manny and Jake argue over how to rescue the guy from the silo. Bode and Audrey have issues working together. Bode starts to wet down the grain, the guy is sinking further.
Bode goes in the rescue the guy before he gets sucked into the grain further. Bode tries to explain that he cannot just pull this guy out. Audrey argues with the man about blaming his wife.
The guys get the man hooked up and begin pulling him out. Jake argues with Manny about Bode in the meantime. Jake is trying to keep Bode alive.
Jake continue to disagree with Manny over the extraction technique. Phillips insists that Manny make the call. Bode calls down and says its now or never.
Jake starts cutting without waiting for the house. Manny puts out the fire. Jack and Richards begin cutting together. The patient asks Bode to give a message to his wife.
Manny Perez Named Chief
The firefighters and the patient finally come out the bottom of the silo. Bode tells the lady they will find a way to save last years harvest. Everyone works together to bag up the corn to move it out of the elements.
Bode tells Manny he shouldn’t have vouched for him. Bode tells Manny that he started to take on of the pills and spit it out. Manny sends Bode to flush the pills.
Richards tells Manny he was right about Bode. Manny insists on standing by Bode. Richards says his focus on the 10s and 18s might have clouded his vision.
Brett tells Manny that he is what 42 needs. Richards is naming Manny the new chief. Manny tells Jake the Richards is leaving and Manny is the new chief.
Manny doesn’t want the job but can’t refuse it. Manny says Jake will be chief one day, just not today. Manny tells Jake they need him and asks him not to make this appointment his reason to leave.
Sharon Leone And Eve Edwards Helps A Crew
Eve knows the guys need treatment, but hey have been called back out. One of the Three Rock inmates collapses, Eve and Sharon tend to him.
Eve mentions Bode and the pills and tells her that Bode is resilient. Eve tells the new crew runner that these men need a break. The captain finally gives in and call this problem in.
The 72 is denied. Eve has another idea to help. Sharon tells Eve that she looks like she got all of her kids to bed. Even thinks she should have done more.
Eve insists that she will get Three Rock reopened. Eve is torn about the decision about chief. Jake says this job has changed him. Jake wants to protect Sharon from that letter.
Audrey James Leaves 42
Bode apologizes to Audrey for calling her a narc. Audrey feels like her progress is starting to slip away. Bode wants them to get through this together. Audrey doesn’t know if they can do this together.
Audrey say she is afraid that them being fragile together will sink them, they have to do this apart. Bode and Audrey hug. Audrey is having issues staying sober. Audrey tells Bode to win her back.
Richards shows up at Smokey’s. Sharon was convinced that Brett was going to stay. Sharon gets Brett a beer on his way out of town.
Brett says he and Sharon have something in common. Brett’s mentor was his wife. Sharon asks if this gets any easier. Brett says it takes time. Brett says the fire seems to have been set by a person.
Jake and Eve offer Bode support. None of them want to get back to the place they were when the lost his sister. Bode tells then Audrey is leaving. They show Bode the letter that was in Vince’s guitar case. Jake believes Renee is coming after Sharon.
