Sarah Horton Kiriakis Begs
Let’s start off with Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), who is full of regret. Although Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) is guilty, Sarah wasn’t so innocent either.
In any case, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) is trying to earn redemption by continuing to cover for Xander. The man even went as far as to claim that Xander saved him from choking, which was just a test.
Now that Sarah thinks she was wrong about Xander, she has regret about everything. The doctor will beg him for forgiveness. While he still loves her very much, it seems a little more than “I’m sorry” is in order here.
Cat Greene’s Common Ground
Over at the hospital, Cat is starting to work as EJ’s office assistant. The blonde took photos of the secret blueprints, and Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) walked in at the end.
While Cat thought she covered, Gwen went straight to EJ. So, while Cat thinks she’s found common ground with EJ, he could just be making her think that.

Marlena Evans’ Plea
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, September 17 reveal that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) issues a plea to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
No matter what, the Doc will tell Brady that Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) needs to be protected. This would be a lot easier if Marlena and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) would just tell Brady the truth.

Fans will also see the next episode feature Steve needing a favor from Kayla. Once Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) gets Tesoro’s DNA, it will be handed to Steve.
However, Steve needs someone to run the test and analyze the results. That is where Kayla comes in, but could there be some legal or professional consequences for something like that?
Plus, Thomas confronts his father with an awkward but direct question. The little boy asks Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) if he has romantic feelings for Cat. With everyone grilling Chad about his love life, he’s going to have to go public with Cat soon.
