Days of Our Lives spoilers spoilers are in for Wednesday, October 22, 2025. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to reflect on their family issues.
Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) busts Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). Plus, Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) connects with Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher).

EJ DiMera Reflects
Let’s start off with EJ, who just found out that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) is responsible for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree-DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) adoption issues. Even though EJ wants to help, JANEL told him they don’t want anything from him ever again.
Meanwhile, Chad gave up Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) for his family. However, that doesn’t seem to be enough for almighty Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Saint Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves). Maybe we remind Jennifer of her pill-popping era?!

In any case, Jeremy and Chad will connect and do some bonding. It will be nice to hear a bit more about Jeremy’s missing years, and what led him on the road to becoming a reformed man. There must have been some bombshell or AHA moment.
Leo Stark vs Rita Lesley
Over with Leo, he will be doing some snooping around trying to get to the truth. However, EJ’s assistant will show up.
It seems that Rita is back and will catch Leo in the act! Rita isn’t the type of assistant that will call her boss to let him know. Instead, she handles things herself, many times in extreme ways. Could Rita end up holding Leo hostage or getting rid of him somehow?
Jeremy Horton & Thomas DiMera Connect
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, October 22 reveal that Jeremy and Thomas will end up connecting. Jeremy is Thomas’ new teacher and might be able to sense that the little boy is going through something.
Even though Jeremy used to be a bad guy, people do sometimes change for the better and help others. So, maybe Jeremy will really help Thomas.

Over with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), they will plan ahead. Of course, they blame Jeremy for the Anastasia Sands situation.
