Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is about to come out as Anastasia Sands. According to spoilers, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) just happens to almost becomes a victim of the slasher.
With Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) playing the hero and saving Cat’s life, it beg the question of whether of not the slasher is a publicity stunt.
Is The Slasher Just A Halloween Stunt?
Anastasia’s new book is supposed to be a murder mystery. The first book was a very explicit romance novel and it would make sense to want to shake up the people who are just now finding out who the author really is. However, we need the audience to shift their views from romance to mystery.
Suppose Titan, who tends to do things without Stephanie’s okay, has set up this scene for Halloween. The Salem Slasher is, afterall, a part of Salem’s history.
A history that the current tour guide has not been caught up to speed on. Perhaps Titan hired this guy to scare people and he ends up being someone who needs Cat gone?
Alex Kiriakis Plays Hero
This actually makes perfect sense and could have even been brought up by Alex who doesn’t happen to be in Stephanie’s first book.
Does Alex simply want to be the hero in Stephanie’s life and book and wants to prove that by saving someone? Does Stephanie have any idea that this guy was not supposed to be real?
If this is the case, how will all of this work out in the end? Is someone really trying to hurt Cat and will they get caught?
Remember, Cat’s cover is about to be blown, so the fake slasher could be replaced by a real slasher, but will they get caught in the end? Will the plot be exposed after everything has calmed down?
Is The Slasher Real?
Fans have to wonder since this is the Halloween episode if the slasher is real at all. Some have suggested that the slasher is a dream sequence or even a fantasy scene from the novel.
We have seen people come back from the dead. People have buried others in their graves. And Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), and Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) have all died.
The three ladies were supposed to be tricked into making a deal with the devil and Nick Fallon (Blake Berris) had been their guide. Anything can happen in Salem on Halloween. What kind of secrets will we learn after the slasher goes on attack in Horton Square?
