Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that Cary Christopher has exited the roll of Thomas Dimera which has been confirmed by a shows rep as well as the actor in a Facebook post explaining his exit. Christopher has exited for another show.
Cary Christopher Announced Exit
“Yes it is true…I left Days of our Lives several months ago because I booked a role as a series regular for a new show coming to Amazon Prime in 2026,” Christopher posted.
Christopher has been with Days for five years but cannot continue to play this role and his other one too. Christopher has taken over that role at the young age of four.
Christopher had nothing but good things to say about working with his onscreen dad, Billy Flynn who plays Chad Dimera.
Cary said he got to share a really nice goodbye with Billy saying, “Billy- you were the best tv dad a kid could have. It always was so great working with you and learning from you. And thank you, Days fans!! You all are the best.”
Days Of Our Lives Films Months In Advance
Cary may be gone, but since Days films so far in advance, he has two more appearances on Days of Our Lives. Cary will be scene on October 22 and October 31st.
His final airdate has not been confirmed yet, however, these two episodes are the only two that Cary has mentioned. A rep for days has also confirmed his exit and it appears that the recast will not appear until April 2026.
Christopher included some back stage photos in his post over the years and admits that he cannot give fans any information about Thomas’s story from here. Cary says he simply doesn’t know what is coming up in Thomas’ future.
Fans will just have to continue watching to see where this goes. Cary points out that fans can still watch him on Weapons which will soon steam on HBO Max.
“Christopher will also be on Chicago Med, the live-action series of Spider-Noir, Lanterns and It’s Not Like That, so he’s got plenty of projects in the works.”
Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) will offer Thomas some advice, not only has his teacher, but as his cousin as well.
Thomas has also been given advice from Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) which could lead to Thomas to insisting that he will not stay with Chad as long as Ceat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) is living in Salem.
Could Thomas move to Boston with his grandparents while trying to get Cat out of Salem. After all, Thomas knows his grandparents hate Cat and he knows she will back him up on this request.
