Coronation Street Spoilers Week Of September 22: Carla’s Confrontation, Abi And Kevin Split, Bernie’s Revenge On Asha’s AttackerCoronation Street spoilers and updates for the week of September 22 reveal confrontations, break ups, and revenge!

Carla Connor (Alison) King confronts Becky Swain  (Amy Cudden), Abi and Kevin Webster (Sally Carman-Duttine, Michael LeVell) split, and Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) takes revenge on Asha Alahan’s (Tanisha Gorey) attacker.

Carla’s Confrontation

Next week, Carla will express her thoughts in the Becky drama, as Becky’s return from the dead continues to affect Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers).

Becky mentions that she is renting a flat close by, and when Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) proposes that Lisa could assist her with the move, Lisa reluctantly agrees. While Lisa and Becky are stuck in the car due to running out of fuel, Becky brings up Carla.

At the same time, Carla confides in Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) that she has complete trust in Lisa, but when Ryan inquires about her feelings towards Becky, Carla feels uncertain.

Becky questions Betsy about the four years they lost, but Betsy leaves, upset-when she visits, Carla insists that it would be better for everyone if she returned to pretending to be dead.

Debbie Catches Abi And Carl Together

Additionally, Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) spots lovers Carl (Jonathan Howard) and Abi together – but will she understand that they are having an affair? Abi confronts Carl regarding Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford), and he pretends he told her a sad story, claiming she won’t bother them again.

Abi expresses gratitude to Tracy for stepping back, but she is shocked when Tracy discloses that she had no option.

She reveals  Carl had someone vandalize her shop and threatened to harm her father, Ken Barlow (William Roache). Later, Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) receives good news from the hospital.

Abi And Kevin Split Up

When Kev mentions he looks forward to growing old with her, Abi feels uneasy and confides in Carl about her dislike for living a double life. When Kevin shares his retirement plans with them, Abi reveals that she wants to end their relationship.

Kev informs Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) about the breakup and mentions his suspicions of an affair between Abi and Carl, while Abi proposes to Carl they escape together for a fresh start.

Carl attempts to joke about it, but they are soon interrupted by Debbie, who is surprised to find Abi with him; has Debbie figured them out, and will she inform Kevin?

And with Carl not as devoted to Abi as he pretends to be, will Abi come to understand that she has sacrificed her marriage for nothing?

Theo’s Shocking News, Todd In Danger?

Meanwhile, Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) learns about Noah Hedley (Richard Winsor), which might worsen his already toxic behavior towards boyfriend Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce).

In court for the custody hearing, Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) advises Theo to stay calm. Danielle Silverton’s (Natalie Anderson) lawyer questions Theo about his violent temper and claims he attacked his son Miles Silverton (Lewis William Magee).

Theo insists it was an accident, but when Noah makes insulting comments quietly, Todd reacts by lunging at Noah. Noah looks pleased as Todd is taken away, but could this jeopardize Theo’s case?

Noah Baits Theo And Todd In The Bistro

In the Bistro, Noah makes homophobic jokes at Theo and Todd and claims Danielle won’t give in-Noah gets angry when Theo doesn’t take the bait, but Danielle shares some surprising news about Noah.

Todd tells Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) that he’s confused by Theo’s response to the news about Noah, considering what Noah did to Theo.

Theo overhears this and his expression darkens, but what does this mean for Todd, who has recently faced Theo’s anger?

As the week comes to an end, Theo excitedly announces that Miles and Millie Silverton (Kaitlyn Earley) are coming to visit, and he tells Todd to clean up the flat.

Todd tries to stay positive, but when Millie mentions they’re only visiting due to a legal obligation, Theo feels hurt; will he take his frustration out on Todd?

Bernie Takes Revenge On Asha’s Attacker

Regarding Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove), she chooses to confront Asha Alahan’s (Tanisha Gorey) tormentor directly. Bernie talks to Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkinshin) about her worries for Asha, and Dev acknowledges that his daughter has been isolating herself in her room.

Later, Bernie convinces Asha to assist Ryan with the careers fair at the hotel. But she discovers that the guest speaker is Naomi (uncredited), the woman who verbally attacked her while she was working as a trainee paramedic.

Asha feels unsettled to encounter Naomi, but she reminds her of the time she tried to help her when she was drunk, only to be met with spitting and abuse from Naomi.

Asha Doesn’t Appreciate Bernie’s “Help”

Naomi rejects the claims and cautions Asha against making baseless accusations, while Asha, in tears, confides in Bernie.

Soon, Bernie takes action and later informs Dev that Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) believes it will be hard to press charges against Naomi based solely on Asha’s testimony.

At the career fair, Bernie discovers Naomi’s laptop, and when Naomi takes the stage and clicks on her first slide, she is left in shock.

Bernie reveals to the stunned audience how Naomi mistreated Asha, a paramedic and woman of color.

Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) and Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney) capture the moment on their phones, as Ryan concludes the event- Asha is angry with Bernie, and Naomi storms into their home.

Evelyn’s Big Decision

Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman) has something to say after her grandson Tyrone’s hospitalization. Tyrone shares his frustration with Kevin about the hit and run incident, expressing that the police are still not close to finding the person responsible.

However, viewers are aware that Carl is the one to blame, and he has successfully hidden his involvement.

At the same time, Evelyn hides her disappointment and informs Fiz Dobbs (Jennie McAlpine) that she plans to drop out of University because it’s costly and meant for younger people.

Is Evelyn abandoning her dream to help take care of Tyrone, who is healing from a serious spinal injury?

Jenny’s Hasty Retreat

Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) makes a quick exit, walking in on something she’d rather not have seen, realizing she’s been dumped.

Jenny extends an invitation to lunch to George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley), but he turns her down, claiming he needs to tidy the funeral parlour.

When Jenny arrives with cleaning supplies, she discovers that Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins) is already there lending a hand to George.

Despite still having feelings for George, Jenny departs, leaving the question: is Christina truly the perfect match for him?

Ollie’s Behavior Embarrasses Dee-Dee

Ultimately, Dee-Dee Bailey’s (Channique Sterling-Brown) fresh romance might not be as perfect as she envisioned.

Dee-Dee and her new partner Ollie (Raphael Akuwudike) meet up with Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) and Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) for a lunch at the Bistro. However, when Ollie makes a negative remark about the food, Dee-Dee feels a wave of embarrassment.

Is Ollie’s complaint warranted (after all, we’ve all experienced similar situations)? Or is he simply being rude and unjust, revealing his true nature?
