Becky Shows Lisa A Flash Drive, Says Betsy Will Be Okay
Becky Swain (Amy Cudden) shows Lisa a flash drive and reassures her that Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) will be okay.
Lisa, angry, brings the CCTV footage to the station to prove Betsy didn’t damage the police car, and she confronts DI Costello (Daon Broni) about Betsy’s wrongful arrest.
Costello explains that Becky tried to reach out many times over the years, but it was too dangerous.
After Betsy is released, Costello tells Becky he covered for her by letting Lisa believe he was the reason Becky stayed away. Now, he expects Becky to keep her promise and leave within a month.
Lisa Swain Caught With Becky Swain Amidst Betsy Swain Deceit
Later, Roy Cropper (David Neilson) sees Lisa and Becky together on the sofa, but it’s unclear how much he notices. The next day, Betsy, excited about their move to Spain, convinces Becky to take her shopping.
When Lisa finds them at home with shopping bags and learns Betsy skipped work, she demands an explanation. Will they tell the truth? With Becky now seen as a villain, how far will she go to get what she wants?
Bernie Winter And Dev Alahan Expose Asha’s Trauma In Naomi Showdown
Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) accidentally reveals Naomi Giles (Melissa Batchelor) has a record of aggressive behavior; Bernie Winter Alahan (Jane Hazlegrove) and Gemma Winter-Brown (Dolly-Rose Campbell) decide to teach her a lesson.
Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) worries about Asha, but she asks him to give her space. Later, Dev confides in Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) at the Rovers, admitting he feels lost when it comes to helping Asha. Meanwhile, at the Bistro, Gemma sits down at Naomi’s table.
Bernie shocks Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) by sharing their plan to provoke Naomi, hoping she’ll lose her temper so they can record it. Abi asks Dev for more shifts at the kebab shop, but he gets a call from Toyah warning him about Bernie’s plan.
Asha Is Devastated Seeing Dev Blaming Naomi For Her Suicide Attempt
Dev quickly hands his apron to Abi and hurries over, arriving just as Gemma is insulting Naomi and pushing her to the edge. Bernie starts recording the scene, and later, Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) shows Asha the video online.
Asha is devastated when she sees Dev blaming Naomi for her suicide attempt. When Dev tells Bernie that Aadi (Adam Hussain) has seen the video and is upset they kept Asha’s struggles from him, Bernie feels awful. Will she be able to fix things?
Pete Flirts With Theo, Todd Is Shocked When Theo Loses His Temper With Pete
Pete (Andrew Hayden-Smith) flirts with Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) at the yard and suggests meeting up again, but Theo isn’t interested. Pete calls him a drama queen, which makes Theo furious.
On top of that, Theo finds out Danielle Silverton (Natalie Anderson) wants child maintenance, and his money problems get worse after losing Pete’s contract.
Todd is shocked to hear that Theo lost his temper with Pete, threatened him, and now the business is at risk. Gary Windass (Mikey North) tries to change Pete’s mind, and as Todd approaches, he realizes Pete is Theo’s one-night stand.
Todd Grimshaw Is Fearful Of Theo Silverton’s Wrath
Later, Gary tells Theo that he’s hurt the business and suggests they should stop working together, which makes Theo angry. Todd gives Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) and her son Harry Platt (Josh) a ride, but panics when Harry spills his milkshake in the car.
At first, Theo seems calm about it, but later he gets angry with Todd for not respecting his new car. Todd apologizes and promises to get it cleaned. Afterward, Todd accidentally scratches the car while reversing. With Theo’s recent abusive behavior, Todd is worried about how he’ll react.
Debbie Webster Thinks She Catches Abi Preparing To Commit A Crime
Abi and Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) are both looking for work. Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) is upset when he learns that Abi has started divorce proceedings.
At the hotel, Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) gets flustered and makes mistakes, but Carl steps in to help her. Later, Carl tries to convince Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) to steal a car, but Dylan refuses.
Abi, who is watching, takes note of the car, and Debbie, feeling suspicious, follows her. Abi finds the car in the Freshco car park. As she hesitates, Debbie catches up to her-what will Abi do next?
Glenda Shuttleworth Is Furious
Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins) is concerned that George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) is overworking himself. When he dozes off at his desk, she takes a call for him and lets the caller know he can’t take on more work.
Later, after Christina learns she is being evicted, George offers her Todd’s old room, which makes her very happy.
However, Glenda is upset and reminds them she might need the room herself if the new pub owners force her out. What will Christina and George do next?
Fiz’s Bag Is Stolen
Ollie (Raphael Akuwudike), who is new to the scene, steps in to help Fiz Dobbs (Jennie McAlpine) while Hope Dobbs (Isabella Flanagan) is having a tough time. Fiz and Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) try to make amends by having lunch with Cassie Plummer (Claire Sweeney).
During the meal, Tyrone feels awkward when Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) wheels his chair through the restaurant.
Frustrated as he tries to cut his food, Tyrone loses his temper and his plate falls to the floor. As they get ready to leave, Fiz realizes her bag is gone and spots someone heading out the door with it.
Ollie To The Rescue, Sensitive Bethany Sends Back Her Halloween Costume
Fiz quickly calls for help, and Ollie runs after the thief-will he be able to catch him? Meanwhile, Hope laughs at a joke Jake Windass (Bobby Bradshaw) makes about Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan), and it’s obvious Jake has a crush on her.
Later, Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) gives Hope a manicure; but when Bethany shares a photo of them online, Hope receives more nasty messages-who is behind this?
Later, after trying on her Halloween costume, Bethany tells Sarah she plans to return it. Sarah thinks this might be because of Bethany’s stoma-will Bethany share how she’s really feeling?
