ANNIKA NOELLE WEDS IN BREATHTAKING CEREMONY COMBINING CALIFORNIA AND NEW ENGLAND FALL VIBES

TL;DR: The Bold and the Beautiful star Annika Noelle married actor John Patrick Amedori on October 5, 2025, in an enchanting autumnal wedding at The Lodge at Malibou Lake. The intimate celebration combined their love of California with New England fall vibes, featuring dark whimsy, candlelight, and the full Hunter’s Moon.

A Dream Wedding Under the Hunter’s Moon

Annika Noelle, beloved for her role as Hope Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful, married actor John Patrick Amedori on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at The Lodge at Malibou Lake in Agoura, California. The couple, both 38, exchanged vows under the glow of the Hunter’s Moon in what they describe as an “intimate autumnal” celebration full of “dark whimsy and wildness.”

The venue, surrounded by more than 5,000 acres of protected wilderness with breathtaking views of the Santa Monica Mountains reflected on the lake, was the couple’s dream location from the moment they visited.

“We wanted it to feel like we were surrounded by nature, almost like the flower arrangements were growing from the ground and everything was lit either from the full moon or by candlelight,” Noelle told PEOPLE exclusively.

A Wedding No One Will Ever Forget

Annika Noelle and Amedori had two important priorities for their wedding: creating an unforgettable experience for their guests and having an unplugged event. Without phones, everyone could be fully present to enjoy the celebration and take in every magical moment.

“This weekend wasn’t so much about us, but creating a moment of escapism for our loved ones to feel enveloped by love, joy and celebration,” Noelle shared.

The festivities began on Saturday, October 4, with a welcome party at Cornell Wine Co., featuring an open mic where guests could share speeches, songs, poetry, or anything they wanted to express. “The stage was theirs,” Noelle said.

A Ceremony Rich With Meaning

The Sunday ceremony began with the couple and their guests acknowledging they were gathered on the ancestral homelands of the Chumash people, paying respects to their elders and connection to the land.

Officiated by the couple’s dear friend Mike Nicholas, the ceremony included personal readings, scripture, and the recitation of handwritten vows. After exchanging custom wave- and celestial-themed rings with personalized engravings made by June Cream of Blue Blue Driver, Noelle and Amedori honored their heritage with a Celtic handfasting ceremony.

The Perfect Dress and Musical Moments

Noelle found her dream dress—Willowby by Watters’ “Persephone” design—at Lorien Bridal Boutique in Glendale, California. She paired it with the stunning “Desert Rose Veil” by Rue de Seine.

The musical selections were deeply personal. Annika Noelle walked down the aisle to an acoustic cello and guitar rendition of “Strange Magic” by Electric Light Orchestra, while Amedori made his entrance to Daniel Johnston’s “True Love Will Find You in the End.” After saying “I do,” the newlyweds exited together to “(They Long To Be) Close to You” by Carpenters, a nod to their shared love of the 1989 film Parenthood.

A Celebration of Love and Community

At the reception, Noelle and Amedori made their entrance to “God Only Knows” by The Beach Boys and shared their first dance to “Let It Be Me” by The Everly Brothers—with a surprise reference to A Knight’s Tale featuring “Golden Years” by David Bowie.

Following cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a festive family-style dinner “to emphasize the feeling of community and camaraderie.” The menu included butternut squash ravioli with browned butter, sage and Parmigiano, braised short ribs with red wine demi-glace, and butter-poached cod with shallot and leek cream sauce.

The couple designed specialty cocktails for the celebration. Noelle, a former bartender, created Amedori’s Old Fashioned with Woodford Reserve bourbon, cranberry, spiced apple bitters, maple syrup, dark cherries and a smoked cinnamon stick. Chef Tiffany Sewell made Noelle’s smoked pineapple margarita with Casamigos Reposado, grilled pineapple purée, habanero simple syrup and a dried pineapple slice with a Tajín rim.

Sweet Touches and Personal Details

An autumn-inspired dessert bar featured salted caramel brownie bites, apple cider doughnut holes, pumpkin cream cheese cupcakes, and Eton mess verrines. The couple chose a three-tier vanilla wedding cake with fresh raspberries and Earl Grey buttercream by Sugar Studio.

In a whimsical touch, the cake was adorned with a topper made by Laurie Valko featuring custom figurines of the couple’s dog, Huckleberry, and cat, Henry.

A Love Story That Continues

Noelle and Amedori—whose television and film credits include Dear White People, Three Women, Gossip Girl, and Detained—first met at Luna Luna in Los Angeles. They got engaged in November 2024 after Amedori planned an entire day of activities that reflected the journey of their relationship.

“From the experiences, to the food, to the music, it was incredibly thoughtful and personal to us,” Noelle previously told PEOPLE about the proposal.

The couple closed out their wedding weekend with a brunch on Monday, October 6, before heading off to their honeymoon featuring “warm sandy beaches and cocktails with little straw hats.”

Reflecting on their wedding day, Amedori says it was “more than a fairy tale.” As they begin married life, he looks forward to “courting [Noelle] forever,” while Noelle can’t wait to see “what we create together.”

Sharing what she loves most about Amedori, Noelle says, “His gentle strength, resilience, and how creativity somehow flows out of every pore of his body.”

Amedori loves his wife’s “mind” and “how I’ll always know what’s on it, and the depths to which she cares about things.” He adds, “I could wait in 1,000 DMV lines with her and enjoy every minute of it.”

Congratulations to the beautiful couple on their magical wedding and the beginning of their married life together!
