STEFFY RETURNS HOME TO THE WORST NEWS IMAGINABLE—FINN’S PSYCHO DAUGHTER IS STILL BREATHING
TL;DR: B&B spoilers for the week of October 20-24 reveal Steffy Forrester returns to Los Angeles expecting a peaceful reunion with her family, only to learn that Luna Nozawa—the woman who drugged her, caged her, and tried to MURDER her—is actually ALIVE.
Meanwhile, Brooke and Deacon give Hope the absolute WORST relationship advice imaginable by pushing her toward Liam (because waffling between women has worked out SO well for him historically). And Poppy visits Luna in prison to reveal she’s actually been the villain all along. What a week!
Steffy Forrester’s Homecoming Becomes a Nightmare
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) returns to Los Angeles expecting hugs, happiness, and quality family time with Kelly, Hayes, and her shirtless husband Finn (because Finn is contractually obligated to be shirtless approximately 87% of the time).
But her joy is SHORT-LIVED. Finn (Tanner Novlan) is forced to break some absolutely DEVASTATING news to his wife: Luna Nozawa isn’t dead after all. You know, LUNA—Finn‘s biological daughter who drugged Steffy, locked her in a cage, and tried to murder her? That Luna. She’s ALIVE.
Steffy looks stricken. Which is the most RESTRAINED possible reaction to learning your attempted murderer is still breathing. Once the shock wears off, B&B spoilers suggest Steffy is going to go absolutely BALLISTIC. And honestly? Can you blame her?
Steffy Forrester thought she was DONE with this nightmare. She thought Luna was dead and she could finally move on with her life. And now she finds out Luna‘s alive, which means Luna is Finn‘s daughter FOREVER, which means Steffy can never fully escape this connection to the woman who traumatized her!
Expect Steffy to have some VERY strong opinions about Finn‘s relationship with Luna going forward. If Finn thinks he’s going to have any kind of father-daughter bond with Luna after what she did to his wife, Steffy‘s going to shut that down IMMEDIATELY.
The Worst Relationship Advice in B&B History
Meanwhile, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) decide to meddle in Hope Logan‘s (Annika Noelle) love life with the WORST possible advice imaginable.
“Open your heart up to Liam,” Deacon tells his daughter. “Don’t let him get away again.”
Oh, Deacon. Sweet, delusional Deacon. Have you MET your former son-in-law? Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) has spent DECADES waffling between Hope and Steffy like a human ping-pong ball! His “long and horrific history of waffling” (as the spoilers so perfectly describe it) is LEGENDARY!
Liam doesn’t “get away”—he LEAVES. Repeatedly. For Steffy. Then he comes back to Hope. Then he leaves again for Steffy. Then he comes back AGAIN. It’s a cycle that’s been going on since approximately 2010, and Deacon wants Hope to sign up for THAT again?
“Very inspiring,” the spoilers sarcastically note. More like very TERRIBLE advice, Deacon!
Hope just ended things with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). She’s finally FREE of relationship drama. And her parents want to push her directly back into the arms of the man who’s hurt her more times than anyone can count? Make it make SENSE!
Hope deserves better than being Liam‘s backup plan whenever Steffy doesn’t want him. But will she listen to her parents’ terrible advice, or will she finally realize she’s worth MORE than being second choice?
Poppy Reveals Her True Villain Nature
This week also brings an absolutely WILD twist. Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) visits her daughter Luna (Lisa Yamada) in prison, and it turns out Poppy‘s actually been the VILLAIN this entire time!
“You got knocked up by a billionaire’s son,” Poppy tells Luna… and then she SMILES. “Well-played.”
EXCUSE ME?! Poppy‘s PROUD that Luna got pregnant by Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) after drugging and sexually assaulting him?! She thinks trapping a teenager with a pregnancy is “well-played”?!
The spoilers note that maybe Poppy really IS the horrible mother that Luna started claiming she was partway through this storyline. Because what kind of mother CONGRATULATES her daughter for this behavior?!
This completely recontextualizes Poppy‘s entire character. Was she manipulating everyone all along? Was she TEACHING Luna to be a con artist and predator? Did she PLAN for Luna to target the Spencer family?
Poppy‘s prison visit suggests she’s way more calculating and dangerous than anyone realized. And if Poppy‘s the real villain, what does that mean for Luna‘s future? Is Poppy going to help her daughter somehow? Does she have a scheme brewing?
What B&B Spoilers Say To Expect This Week
Steffy returns home expecting peace and gets CHAOS instead. Luna‘s alive, which means Steffy‘s worst nightmare isn’t over—it’s just getting started. Expect Steffy to absolutely EXPLODE when reality sets in.
Hope‘s getting terrible relationship advice from her well-meaning but completely misguided parents. Will she fall back into Liam‘s orbit, or will she finally choose herself?
And Poppy‘s villain reveal changes EVERYTHING about the Luna storyline. If Poppy‘s been the puppet master all along, how deep does this scheme go?
It’s going to be an EXPLOSIVE week on The Bold and the Beautiful!
