NOAH NEWMAN AND THE ENTIRE ABBOTT FAMILY HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT ALLIE NGUYEN ON YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS—AND IT’S SUSPICIOUS!
TL;DR: Noah Newman isn’t the only one who has forgotten about his girlfriend, Allie… Add in ALL of the Abbotts and almost every Young and the Restless fan. Seriously, what was the point of Allie if she isn’t going to have a point moving forward? She supposedly is Jack Abbott’s long-lost granddaughter, turned up by Jack’s wife again/back from the dead, Diane Jenkins. Something smells, and it isn’t Allie working in the Jabot lab in Paris on Young and the Restless…
Keemo Abbott Is Still Dead (Supposedly), Allie Nguyen May As Well Be
Seriously, is Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) son, Keemo REALLY dead? Flashback… Diane Jenkins found her way back to Genoa City and into the Abbott Estate with Jack Abbott after conveniently turning up a granddaughter by Keemo Jack never knew he had, Allie Nguyen.
Not surprisingly, there wasn’t a ton of follow-up done. Diane never did die and was pretending to be a realtor in L.A., and just so happened to end up with Keemo’s property that his daughter, Allie, was taking care of. There wasn’t a service for Keemo, or any type of end-of-life follow-up.
Regardless, how better to get back into Jack’s life from the dead than with a new granddaughter? Well, it worked, but for what? The last time she was seen onscreen was in 2022. She lived in L.A. before relocating to Genoa City for a short time and then to Paris to work for Jabot and her boyfriend, Noah Newman to run a nightclub in London.
Apparently, the Chunnel between London and Paris wasn’t good enough for Noah and Allie to keep in touch, but somehow Noah has been keeping in touch with his Cougar in L.A., Sienna Bacall, via flights much longer than a 3-hour Chunnel ride each way. What gives? Why hasn’t Allie traveled with Noah to L.A. to see old friends? Oh, it’s because Y&R fans won’t see her again, so she may as well be supposedly dead like her father, Keemo.

The Abbotts All About Allie Nguyen, Until They Were Not
Allie Nguyen was a gift to the Abbotts… For about a minute. Allie by Kelsey Wang was onscreen on Young and the Restless when Beth Maitland and Eileen Davidson were celebrating 40 years as Abbott sisters Traci Abbott and Ashley Abbott. They had the most beautiful Q&A and chit chat, but then off to Paris… Allie was shipped to work in the Jabot lab there and hasn’t been seen onscreen since.
Amongst the Abbott Family, they have had many, many trips to Paris since Allie relocated there to work for Jabot. Yet, none of the Abbotts made an effort to meet with her inside or outside of the Jabot lab in Paris. So, this woman is holding down the Abbott fort at the Jabot Lab in Paris, and not even her grandfather, Jack Abbott, can visit her? Allie’s father, Keemo, is supposedly dead. Maybe she could use her grandfather’s support, or even her Aunt Traci or Ashley’s support. Yes, Ashley was having some issues, but not reaching out to Allie at all did not make sense.

So, unfortunately for Allie fans, there is no future for her on Young and the Restless. She was freaking living in L.A. before she met Noah Newman. Now, Noah is trying to open a nightclub there, and Allie isn’t traveling with him. Noah (now portrayed by Lucas Adams) has also been in a serious car crash that nearly killed him, and Allie is still in Paris.
Sure, she’s talked to Noah’s mother, Sharon Newman, and she’s finally talked to Jack Abbott.
Still, something smells, and it smells nothing like Allie and/or whatever Jabot perfume she is producing in Paris.
