It’s been said that Fergie – who was previously known as the Duchess of York – has had many suitors over the years but one of the reasons why she never accepted anyone’s marriage proposal simply was because if she were to get married again, she would have to give up her royal title.
Anyone who knows Sarah Ferguson personally knows that if there was one thing that she loved the most, it was her royal title. But now that King Charles has stripped her title away, she feels like she can go ahead and do all the things she’s wanted to do over the years, like get married again.
Sarah Ferguson feeling so possessive, for a lack of a better word, over her royal title might also have been the reason why she kept so close to her ex-husband Prince Andrew over the years.
A lot of people couldn’t understand why Sarah opted to stay in the Royal Lodge with Andrew even though they’ve been divorced for several years now.

Well, it looks like the only reason why she decided to stay so close is because she didn’t want to lose her access to the royal family and all the perks that came with it. But now that it’s all over, Sarah Ferguson is looking to rebrand herself.
The one thing that she might do is write a tell-all book about life behind closed palace doors. Now that she’s no longer the Duchess of York, it’s not like she’s got anything to lose, right?
We have a feeling that she’s going to be spilling the royal family’s secrets in no time. Her book might even be more juicy than Prince Harry’s.
