General Hospital recaps for Friday, November 7 reveal Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) delivered bad news, and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) failed to snatch Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) keys. Also, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) accepted Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) request to move in together, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) updated Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Jack’s Bad News
Jack called Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to his office to inform her that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had contacted him about the WSB recalling her for a secret assignment. Laura was shocked that Anna would leave her position as police commissioner and insisted on speaking to Anna directly. Jack told her that Anna was unavailable, which made Laura go from doubtful to astonished, insisting he tell her the truth.
Jack expressed regret and offered the WSB’s help during Anna’s absence, but the mayor refused any assistance. As Laura left, she reminded Jack that her granddaughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke), was not a pawn to be used for information from Valentin. Emma’s Failed Key Snatch
At Bobbie’s, after telling Charlotte they needed a key fob to enter Professor Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lab, Emma noticed Britt holding her key fob. Britt was making a call to inform someone she wouldn’t be going to PCU today due to the mayoral debate. Emma approached Britt to buy her a coffee as a gesture of goodwill and apologized for her earlier comments in Dalton’s office, expressing her eagerness to collaborate. However, Britt stated they would not be working together and that she would avoid the lab-when Britt’s phone rang, she dumped her bag on the table to locate it. While she was on the phone, Emma attempted to grab the keys but failed-as she departed, Britt acknowledged Emma’s apology but cautioned that the lab was restricted to authorized personnel only.
Lulu Updated Charlotte On Valentin’s Possible Prison Transfer
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) sat down with Charlotte to share that Jack was thinking about moving Valentin to a WSB prison in America. Charlotte understood that the more she visited her father, the more information Jack could extract from him, but she was still pleased at the thought of having her dad closer to home. Lulu was concerned that getting closer to Valentin would put her in more danger, but Charlotte argued that she would do the same if Grandpa Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) were alive and in prison.
She also reminded Lulu that when things got too risky, her father sent her back to her mother for her safety. Lulu was amazed at her daughter’s wisdom about such situations.

Laura Came To Bobbie’s And Caught Up With Lulu, After Asking Emma About Anna
While visiting Bobbie’s, Laura saw Emma and inquired about Anna, finding out that Anna had left her granddaughter a voicemail about going out of town for WSB work. She then went to greet her daughter and granddaughter, but Charlotte stepped away to speak with Emma, allowing Laura to sit with Lulu at the table. Laura voiced her worries about Anna vanishing just before the mayoral debate and her concern that Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) would exploit that against her. Lulu offered her assistance, but Laura insisted it was her responsibility to ensure the voters recognized Boyle as a fraud. Charlotte checked in with Emma, who said she couldn’t get the key but stressed that they needed to access the lab tonight. The mayoral debate would mean no one would be monitoring the science building, although they still needed the key.

Lucas Agreed To Move In With Marco
Lucas was surprised by Marco’s offer to live together, but he said he wasn’t ready to discuss it while his niece was present. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) quickly said her goodbyes and promised Lucas on her way out that she wouldn’t tell anyone. Lucas told Marco that the timing was perfect because Ava Jerome (Maura West) wanted him to move out, and he wasn’t quite ready to start looking for a new place.
Marco suggested he could move in with him at Wyndemere, but Lucas complained that as a doctor, he couldn’t live on an island while being on call. Marco suggested that might just be an excuse, and then he declared his love-Lucas was moved and decided to give it a chance, sealing the moment with a kiss.
Felicia Encountered A Mystery Man
At the hospital, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) was on the phone with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), asking if she could take James West (Gary James Fuller) home from his riding lesson. Just then, a mysterious bearded man (Peter Stormare) came out of the elevator and sat down nearby. After finishing another call with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to update him on the plans, the man handed Felicia a folder of hospital papers he had been writing in. Although she accepted it casually at first, when her pencil rolled off the table and he caught it and returned it, she looked at him and became suspicious. “Wait,” she called out as he walked towards the elevator, “what is this?”

Carly Updated Valentin
Valentin was taken aback when Carly visited him again, this time posing as his lawyer, especially when she disclosed that Jack was thinking about moving him to a prison in America. He admired how easily Carly manipulated Brennan and warned her to be very cautious because if he figured out her trick, she and her associates would be at risk. However, she was resolute in making Jack pay for endangering her daughter and lying to her about it.
Valentin instructed Carly to keep track of everything Jack said or did, assuring her he would know what was important, and he hoped to be back in the States in a few weeks. “Jack believes he’s untouchable,” he stated; “But he has two vulnerabilities: his pride and you-his pride is unstoppable, which leaves just you; together, we’ll take him down.”

Josslyn Went Back To The WSB Office And Checked Back In With Jack
Meanwhile, Josslyn went back to Jack’s office to inform him that she didn’t learn anything from her uncle because Marco had arrived to invite Lucas to live with him. She thought that was a fortunate turn of events, but Joss was worried that if Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was as dangerous as they believed, she needed to alert Lucas. Jack reminded her of her job responsibilities and warned her that he would accuse her of treason if she spoke to her uncle. He declared that Lucas had now become a valuable asset, and they needed to take advantage of this chance. He encouraged her to persuade Lucas to move in with Marco and support the idea, then called Vaughn to brief him on the situation.

Ava Warned Sidwell Not To Cross Sonny
At Wyndemere, Ava wanted to discuss art for the estate, but Sidwell attempted to shift the conversation to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She politely refused to talk about her daughter’s father (while recalling his threat to kill her), trying to keep their delicate peace intact. Sidwell claimed he also desired peace with Sonny, but Ava retorted that after Charlie’s was destroyed, he forfeited that opportunity.
“If Sonny Corinthos sees you as a danger to his children,” she cautioned, “there will be no peace, there will be no compromise, there will be nowhere to hide.” Sidwell inquired if Ava believed Sonny was behind Marco’s disappearance, and she acknowledged that it appeared probable.

Britt Surprised Sidwell
As he escorted Ava out, Sidwell turned on the charm a bit more, only to be surprised when Britt appeared in a doorway behind him. Sidwell was annoyed that Britt had just walked in uninvited; he stressed to her how crucial it was to keep an eye on Dalton. Britt didn’t want to act as a spy and suggested that he should just pay Dalton off and be done with him. However, he reminded her that she was still working for him and pointed out how much better her health had become. At that moment, Lucas came in with Marco and was shocked to see Britt.

Sidwell Quickly Devised A Cover Story
To cover up, Sidwell said he had reached out to Britt for a concierge doctor, only to discover she had lost her medical license. Lucas teased her, calling her just ‘Miss Westbourne’ now, and she replied that she was already working on getting her license back. Sidwell escorted her out, and Marco was astonished that she could treat patients again; ‘She may be a terrible person, but she’s a good doctor,’ Lucas said with a shrug. ‘I mean, she was before she died;’ Sidwell returned to them, trying to laugh off Britt’s attempt to deceive him, and asked Lucas not to bring this up at the hospital. Marco then told his father that Lucas had agreed to move in, unaware that Britt was eavesdropping at the window.
Jason Updated Sonny
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) told Sonny they secured the Rochester ports as a backup if Sidwell took their piers in Port Charles, but he suggested it would be easier to eliminate Sidwell. Sonny was worried about what Sidwell was bringing into town, and Jason pushed him to act before it was too late. Sonny cautioned that they couldn’t directly confront Sidwell because Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) was closely watching them, and the WSB might be tracking Jenz.
He was also anxious about Lucas threatening to go to the police after the incident with Marco, along with Kristina Corinthos-Davis’s (Kate Mansi) involvement. Sonny believed that taking out Sidwell would risk alienating those he cares about and insisted they needed more information on Sidwell’s plans, his associates, and Marco’s role.
