Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for the week of November 10, 2025. Fans can expect Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) to return. Dr. Wilhelm (Richard Wharton) faces a lab disaster. 60th Anniversary Celebration
Let’s start off with the soap’s 60th anniversary. That will coincide with the grand opening of the Dr. Tom Horton (Macdonald Carey) Free Clinic.
There is going to be a huge gala with nearly everyone in town attending. That could provide a distraction as EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will order some disturbing experiments.
Dr. Rolf’s Lab Disaster
While Rolf will try to work on the experiments, I could see EJ ordering the mad scientist to hurry up. That could lead to something getting knocked over, leading to a laboratory disaster!
When the alarm sounds, people at the gala might want to know why EJ was up there. Additionally, there could also be an issue with hiding Rolf before anyone sees him at the hospital.
Remember, EJ gave Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) a job at the lab, too. So, that could have Mark’s family grilling him for answers.
Sami Brady Returns
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of November 10 reveal that Sami will come back to Salem. In the Wednesday, November 5, 2025, episode, Sami called Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and said she wanted to meet the baby.
When Sami comes back, she will also ambush EJ. In addition to that, expect some tense interactions between Sami and Belle Black (Martha Madison).
While Sami could blast Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), the young woman recognized the schemer in a photo. So, maybe we will find out how Cat and Sami are connected.
Week of November 10, 2025
Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) will make a speech. Will Horton (Chandler Massey), Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), Mike Horton (Roark Critchlow), and Marie Horton (Maree Cheatham) will be in attendance. There could also be a new mission that Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) has to carry out for EJ.
As for Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghils), he will come back at some point as well. However, he did go missing temporarily. While he was found shortly afterward, maybe Tony won’t be quite the same. Has the real Tony been replaced with an imposter? If so, who is it and why are they doing this?
