Beyond the Gates spoilers for Wednesday, October 29, reveal that Joey will give Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik) a warning. He’ll let the police chief know exactly who’s in charge, and the casino owner won’t mince words.
These two have quite the past together and have worked hand-in-hand on many occasions, so it’ll be interesting to see the threat Joey issues to Elon.

Vanessa McBride’s Priorities
Across town, Vanessa will meet up with Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley). Vanessa may be best friends with Dani’s sissy, Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix); however, she’s still very close with Dani, too. The ladies have clashed over Vanessa’s work and personal relationships with Joey recently.
Still, during the Wednesday show, the high-end real estate agent will make it very clear as to where her priorities lie.
Vanessa cares for Joey, but her children are her world, so what kind of steps will Vanessa take to show Dani that Donnell McBride (Alex Cheeks) comes first?
Two Furious Dads
