Let’s start off with Sophia, who has been busted in her many schemes and lies. The girl started hyperventilating and then collapsed. Even though she is awake now, nobody can get Sophia to say a word.
Sarah called in Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) for a psych consult. However, the news wasn’t good and it seems Sophia might be transferred to Bayview.
Sarah Horton Kiriakis’ Career Twist
As Sophia gets treatment, she or Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) could cause complications for Sarah’s career at the hospital.
The good doctor was sworn to secrecy and even consulted with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), who said they couldn’t say anything. However, Sophia and Amy might not see it that way at all.
If Amy wants to make a really big deal out of this, Sarah’s medical license could be in jeopardy.
Rachel Black’s Memory
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of October 27 reveal that Marlena ends up being troubled by Rachel’s memory.
Everyone is keeping Rachel’s sins under wraps while Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) serves time for her daughter. However, these memories of Rachel’s could endanger the plan.
At some point, Marlena should inform Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about Kristen’s sacrifice. Brady hates her and keeps calling her selfish, but Kristen did the right thing in the end.

Fans will also see Leo get into some trouble. While snooping around the hospital, he was busted by Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney).
Then, she went straight to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Could EJ and Rita decide to get rid of Leo?
There is also the situation with Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark). While Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) want to blame him for everything, maybe Jeremy really is a good guy these days.
Plus, what is in the future for Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) as he enters his DiMera chapter?
Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) are not seeing eye-to-eye on this. However, they could come together when Theo’s bitten off more than he can chew, so stay tuned!
