Sharon Newman Distraught
At the hospital in Los Angeles, Noah is being put into a medically induced coma. The doctor is sure that the coma will help prevent seizures and additional swelling on the brain.
This is making both Nick and Sharon distraught, though. Will their son ever wake up? Who ran Noah off the road and why?

Mariah Copeland’s Struggle
Sharon’s son is in a crisis, but so is her daughter. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is going through a mental health crisis and is in a treatment center. Sharon will want to be there for both of her children.
However, I wonder if Mariah was really talking on the phone with Sharon, or if that was just a hallucination. What kind of mental health center allows patients to have cell phones? None that I’ve been in!
Back to Sharon, she knows that Mariah needs her. At the same time, Noah’s life is a bit more in danger right now than Mariah’s. As long as Mariah is in a clinic, she’s physically safe. So, Sharon and Nick’s focus right now needs to be on Noah.
Daniel Romalotti, Jr’s Moral Dilemma
The Young and the Restless for Wednesday, October 22 reveal that back in Genoa City, Daniel will face a moral dilemma. Daniel does have feelings for Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).
At the same time, Tessa is drunk and kissing him. While he could kiss her back, he has real feelings for her. So, I see him saying not yet and that Tessa doesn’t want to do anything she regrets.

Tessa Porter’s Confusion
The next morning, Tessa could remember the kiss with Daniel and be mortified. Daniel will understand she was drunk and going through a lot. However, Tessa won’t know which direction to turn in next. Does she let Mariah go and fall into Daniel’s arms?
Or does she continue to fight for her marriage? It could go either way at this point, so stay tuned to find out what happens next!
