Let’s start off with Nathan, who will continue reconnecting in Port Charles after his hospital release. The man might tell Lulu how much he appreciates her calling for help after his crash.
Of course, Lulu didn’t even know who the man was because his face was hidden. Lulu might also wonder what’s next for Nathan. Later, Lulu and Lucas have a fiery debate.
Alexis Davis Tempted
Over with Alexis, she barely scraped by when Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) found Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Now, Ric has lied to everyone, including Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) with a cult kidnapping story. Next, Alexis will face another tempting proposition.
Willow Tait’s Arraignment
General Hospital spoilers for the week of October 20 reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be pressured by Nathan to take the plea deal.
Then, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) goes to her arraignment, but will get disappointing news. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) wonders how this could happen to Willow.
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) isn’t off the hook either. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) pressures Michael to turn himself in. Later in the week, Willow meets with a new lawyer.
Week of October 20, 2025
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) connects the dots. Is this about Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson)? Maybe Jordan senses that Portia could be pregnant? Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) apologizes to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).
However, some eagle-eyed fans have noticed that Astrup doesn’t seem to be on the main credits anymore, so that is a bit concerning. I really like Kai with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). It doesn’t necessarily mean he’s leaving the soap, it could just be less scenes for a while. Something to pay attention to, though.
Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliott) war escalates with Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak).
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) gets an unexpected visitor. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gives Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) an out, which really surprises me. Really? After finding out about Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy)? Cody meets his new boss. Plus, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) gets bittersweet news.
