Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Monday, October 20, 2025. In the next episode, fans can expect Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) to confront EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) search for Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd).

Searching For Sophia Choi
Let’s start off with Sophia, who seemingly has gone on the run. Now people are realizing that Sophia lied about Tate Black (Leo Howard) being the father of her baby. People also have figured out that Tesoro is the baby that Sophia gave birth to.
Sophia also spiked Holly Jonas’ (Ashley Puzemis) drink, which led to a fire and a hospitalization. In addition to that, Sophia sent an email to social services, claiming that Holly and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) were having an affair!

Steve and Brady will try to find Sophia. With only tip money and a toothbrush, there’s not a whole lot of places that she can hide.
Johnny DiMera’s Confusion
While Steve and Brady search for Sophia, Johnny and Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) are left in the dark. Johnny was really counting on Sophia confessing so they could clear up the misunderstanding with social services.
However, there is also a chance that maybe the baby is meant to stay with Javi and Leo. In the meantime, JANEL won’t know what the future holds.
Sarah Horton Kiriakis vs EJ DiMera
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, October 20 reveal that Sarah will confront EJ. Could this have to do with the secret lab at the hospital?
Perhaps Sarah gets suspicious and starts snooping around? Sarah could hear something mentioned by Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) as well.
It’s also possible that Sarah confronts EJ about DiMera Enterprises. Even though EJ isn’t in charge, maybe Sarah expects him to reason with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis).

Tesoro’s Fate
It is also stated that Leo and Javi will worry about Tesoro. Each day they take care of that little boy, they grow more attached. There is also the situation with the DNA test and Sophia’s lies. Javi and Leo were actually on board with JANEL adopting.
So, until Sophia is found, Leo and Javi hope that Tesoro won’t be placed with strangers. It is a lot easier if the child goes to someone they already know and trust. At the same time, it’s not their child, it’s in the custody of the state.
