It’s not easy being a prince in the British royal family, let alone the future king of England, but it’s a job that someone’s got to do as well.
According to the latest reports, Prince William has gotten some meaningful advice as the future leader of the monarchy. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Prince William Urged To Manage His Anxiety
While there’s no doubt that this year has been a tough one for the Prince of Wales, seeing how both his father King Charles and his wife Kate Middleton were diagnosed with cancer, it’s left him feeling quite anxious.
Royal expert and author Tina Brown, who has written numerous books about the royal family in the past, believes that Prince William simply has to focus on himself, his mental health and his well-being before taking on the most important role of his life, whenever that will be.
After all, a stressed-out king of England is not going to be good for Great Britain or the world for that matter. That’s because all eyes are always on the UK. And seeing how Prince William is already pretty stressed over the criticism he receives, this is just going to make things more worse on him.
While speaking on The Ankler podcast, Tina said, “You’ve basically got Charles who’s got cancer. You’ve got Kate who’s been through this terrible cancer herself and had to leave the stage for nearly a year and William who’s so curtailed by all the sort of anxiety on his shoulder.”
“His wife and his father and the whole thing. They could use a pretty upbeat joyful ambassador to the world, who would be Harry.”
Royal Family News: What’s Next For The Prince of Wales?
Now, whether or not Prince William will actually take that advice remains to be seen, but for now it looks like he’s focused on helping his wife Kate Middleton get back to where she was health-wise before her cancer diagnosis.
So far the Prince of William himself has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. Watch this space.
