Frankly, it’s time for anyone on Beyond the Gates who can get any closer to putting Looney Leslie in her place over the Dupree family, despite all of their resources. BTG fans are ready to double down on the former crack-head delinquent failure of a mother… But wait, there’s more…

Beyond the Gates fans who are caught up on episodes got a little whiplash after former crack-head June (Jasmine Burke)/Orphy Gene’s newest server stood up and strong to Looney Leslie/Dana Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) despite her stature. Even before Leslie Thomas was forced into her few found wife by the woman who raised her, Miss Peaches (Arle Michel), she thought she had an exterior of Teflon and was treated as such by almost everyone in Fairmont Crest.
Now Miss June has raised the bar & has access to cast iron pans at Orphy Gene’s, which trump Leslie‘s Teflon no matter what. June told Leslie that what she’s seen and survived would knock the curls out of her head, & she is not scared.
Has June just laid into Looney Leslie more than Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie)?
June Wins at Meeting Anita Williams, Now Add Respect
Even crack-head June, who gave up her children, who now go by Tyrell and Samantha (Jaden Lucas Miller and Najah Jackson), gives the lead Articulette, then Anita Williams, utmost respect. Leslie/Dana, however, not-so-much, even after receiving her newly revealed biological mothers/barely an Articulette who’s now dead’s fortune was funded by Anita, could not be more disrespectful.
Considering what June has been through, she’s building back after the extreme help and support of Naomi and Jacob Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit and Jibre Hordges). Now she’s employed and is in touch with caution with the two children she gave up before they turned nine years old.
June is finally, after all of her struggles is on a roll. Might she have the final wrap to get Looney-Leslie Beyond the Gates and back out of Fairmont Crest?

Like, have you seen any car accidents, June? Like, maybe, one involving a motorcycle and a car, and the motorcycle drove back by the accident and then drove away?
It’s about time that Beyond the Gates fans learn more about what June saw living underneath the underpass. Partners in life and in crime, Naomi and Jacob should as well.
What if June saw what happened that night Leslie/Dana tried to kill Laura Peterson (Destiny Love) the first time? Somebody better call Leslie‘s least favorite, Kit-Kat (Colby Muhammad portraying Kat Richardson), because Detective Jacob Hawthorne is going to need back-up and his best amateur detective.
