Meghan Markle and Edward Enninful were the best friend goals of yesteryears. These days, the water has dried up so much that the latter has reportedly cut the former off completely from his circle.
And here we find ourselves asking the oft-repeated question: what did Meghan Markle do this time? A few more of these and we might actually start to ask what did she not do?

What Happened To Meghan Markle’s “Inseparable” Friendship With Edward Enninful?
If you’ve ever been interested in royal affairs, you may know by now that Meghan Markle and Edward Enninful were quite the pair when the former was fresh out of the box as a newly minted Duchess. It was a great time for Meghan, who was invited to guest-edit the September 2019 edition of Vogue.
However, a few years down the line, and we start to hear rumors that the friendship has cooled down to ice age standards. At the time they worked together, the ex-Vogue editor described her as a “bi-racial powerhouse,” adding that she is an “ultimate force for change.”
These days, Enninful seems to have moved on from two things: his editing role in Vogue and his friendship with Meghan Markle.
When launching his latest venture – a £15 ($20) publication – he turned to his other A-list pals like Gwyneth Paltrow and Julia Roberts.
But the tea spilled when, in a recent interview, he was asked whether he would consider working with the Duchess of Sussex ever again. This question was said to give him a “pause.”
He then said: “Meghan and I had a great moment with the issue we did, but I feel like I have done it and I wouldn’t necessarily repeat myself.”
But wait, this isn’t where the interesting tidbits end. He actually openly acknowledged his wishes to work with King Charles and Queen Camilla because “they care about the same things I do.” Wow, Meghan Markle’s fans aren’t going to like that, I can tell you that much.
What Caused the Fallout Between Meghan Markle and the ex-Vogue Editor?
Even though Meghan’s first rodeo with Vogue was smooth-sailing, her return three years later was anything but.
You see, the magazine was doing a feature on one of Prince Harry and Meghan’s charities, and when Meghan couldn’t convince them to bump it up to the cover piece, she reportedly pulled the plug completely. Yup, she left dear Edward hanging. But well, I’d say it’s all speculations at this point since no side has confirmed this.
What we absolutely do know is that Edward loves King Charles and Queen Camilla.
