The Surprising Surgery
Much like Angela Deem from 90 Day Fiancé, Brittany had a lot of plastic surgery. Most notably, her breast enhancements. Actually, a lot of Bravo fans slammed her as she looked top-heavy. But then, the news arrived this week, that much like another TLC star, Larissa Lima, she also opted to get the implants removed.
The news that arrived on Britt’s Instagram revealed a tummy tuck possibly happened as well. While she didn’t say she had implant removals, fans couldn’t help but notice that her figure looked more normal.
In her caption, Brittany Cartwright said:
When they said “remove what no longer serves you,” I took it literally. In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo…I did a thing. Something I’ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier.
Next, the mom of Cruz Cauchi told her followers, “Still recovering, but feeling stronger (and lighter) every day. Can’t wait to share more with you soon!”

Sometimes, folks roast Brittany, like they did when she told Andy Cohen that Jax Taylor, her ex, had a low score in the bedroom. But this time, many fans praised the former Vanderpump Rules star.
One of them wrote, “I’m glad you did it! You never needed those implants.” But a few others didn’t think that she also had implants removed. Nevertheless, surgical techs noted in the comments that she was wearing a post-surgical bra.
