Beyond the Gates spoilers for Tuesday, October 7 suggest that family, friends, and loved ones will gather to say goodbye to Doug.
BTG fans are sure to see Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) continue to shed tears over her husband, as his son, Donnell McBride (Alex Cheeks), also mourn the loss of his father. (Check Out Our Weekly Spoilers, HERE!)
Speaking of, Donnell will ask Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) some difficult questions about his dad. What will Jacob’s response be?
In related news, Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) will alter reality. What kind of information will he attempt to change and does this have to do with Doug’s passing?
Kat’s Bold Romance Move
Across town, Kat will make a big move in the romance department. Will this have to do with Tomas Navarro (Alex Alegria)?

Despite having a mediocre relationship, it rubbed Kat the wrong way to see Tom with her half-sister Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), so she’s been desperate to win him back. What will she do to secure this, and will Tomas be receptive?
Meanwhile, Eva will get some bad advice, and it sounds like she’ll get some words of wisdom from her mom, Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant), about her romance with Tomas.
Leslie will push Eva to press the envelope where Tomas is concerned; however, will this end up making Eva look foolish?
After all, her mom hasn’t been the luckiest in love, and Tomas made it clear that he wants nothing more than friendship from Eva.
Carlton Fitzerald’s Unwanted Attention
Elsewhere, Carlton will get some unwanted attention. Could this be from Leslie? After all, Carlton is interested in Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix), and Leslie inserting herself into his orbit would rub the therapist the wrong way.

Then again, there’s a chance that Carlton gets some unwanted attention from Nicole’s estranged husband, and his business partner, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson). Carlton pursuing a romance with Nicole has upset Ted, so could he get into his friend’s face about this?
