Was there really something more important for her to do? That’s what a lot of royal critics can’t help but wonder as Kate Middleton was blasted for this horrible snub.
The England’s Rugby team recently won the Women’s World Cup but unfortunately the Princess of Wales didn’t show up for the final game.
Kate Middleton Blasted For This Horrible Snub
This has prompted a lot of people to wonder: are women’s sports really not that important in the UK? Or do members of the royal family feel like they have more important things to do with their time? That seems to be the question on everyone’s mind right now.
After all, this isn’t the first time that Kate Middleton nor her husband Prince William have snubbed a woman’s sporting event.
Yet, when it comes to men’s rugby or soccer, they are almost always there. Of course, royal fans on both sides of the pond certainly had a lot to say about the matter online.

Some even commented with, “Kate is patron of the RFU and not attending her own union’s final is a bad look, but it would be an even worse look for her if other members of the family attended when she didn’t. And I think that put the final nail in the coffin on BRF attendance when Kate decided not to go.”
Another critic wrote, “So Kate is their patron and should have been there but decided to snub the team. That’s like picking and choosing what part of your job you want to do.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Her husband watched the English team in Switzerland, but couldn’t be arsed to fly his helicopter to Basel for the Welsh team, playing later the same day. The Prince of Wales.”
“Didn’t wish them luck. Didn’t congratulate them for playing in the Euros for the first time. I am still mad on their behalf, I am German.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet. Watch this space for more.
