General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) could shock everyone by coming out of her coma to proclaim that the man claiming to be Nathan is not her husband Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
Storms is on a hiatus from the ABC soap in order to manage a move to Tennessee. Thus her character has been offscreen in a coma while Storms is gone.
Maxie is in a Coma
Storms will eventually return to the role of Maxie and confront the reality of her “dead” husband coming back home. When that happens the scenes will be powerful and some fans are crushed that Paevey is back while Kirsten Storms is off the air.
Be that as it may, the intervening time between their reunion could make the story even more earth shaking. That’s because we have been led to believe that Nathan may be an imposter.
That’s because his own sister, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), reacted strangely to Nathan’s appearance.
Who Is Nathan Really?
Fans are convinced that Britt is holding back info from her mom Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). But he may not be the only one!
Nathan also had an enigmatic look on his face after he hugged Britt. Is he also keeping dangerous secrets? There are a lot of questions regarding this storyline and it extends beyond Liesl’s back from the dead relatives.
For one thing, it’s been speculated that Nathan may be brainwashed. Secondly, it’s been theorized that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) or Peter August (Wes Ramsey) have invaded Nathan’s body. By the way, they are also supposed to be dead.
Who is Pretending to be “Nathan?”
Liesl and Nina desperately want to believe that the man in the hospital bed is their Nathan, alive and well. But the real litmus test will come when Maxie comes face to face with Nathan.
In the beginning, Maxie’s mom, Aztec Princess Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), stated that her daughter would be the only person who could determine if the found man is actually Nathan.
