General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next three weeks, September 29 to October 17, bring some intense, bizarre and downright dangerous dilemmas for your favorite PC characters.
Let’s talk about all the big news ahead in Port Charles. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) refuses to abandon Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) meets face to face with Veronica Bard (Erika Slezak) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gets grilled.

The week of September 29-October 3
During the week of September 29-October 3 fans will see more family reunions for Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) when he meets with Britt and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), courtesy of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Snoopy Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) confronts Britt about what she knows of this miraculous return. We will see Britt taken by surprise about something; should we expect to learn that Nathan’s memories have been wiped clean?
If Britt has been working with, or for, Nathan the last seven years and he doesn’t remember it, she won’t know what to make of this dangerous development.
Tracy Has a Guest
Veronica introduces and identifies herself to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) as Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) sister. Yowza!
After this she meets Sonny outside Bobbie’s and we’re pretty sure these powerhouse vets will bring the daytime drama to life with some sharp scenes.
Later, Monica’s will reading descends into pandemonium. If “Ronnie” aka Veronica winds up with the Quartermaine mansion, we suspect it’s because of Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) back door dealings.
Carly Has To Explain Herself
Elsewhere, Carly is at the center of an interrogation. Is it with the PCPD or another entity?
Her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) returns to PC and must come face to face with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Brennan reminds her that she and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) cannot have a fling, it’s against WSB policy.
Meanwhile, with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) signs indicate that she discovers a bun in the oven and can’t believe it.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) get a coveted search warrant and go to work.
In turn, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) could start putting the pieces together about Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) actions the night of the shooting.
The week of October 6-10
During the week of October 6-10, Tracy goes to war with Veronica in a bid to keep the Q mansion and fans should have tissues ready, because Nathan meets his son James West (Gary James Fuller) for the first time.
Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) threatens Willow with blackmail—has he discovered proof that she was the shooter or that she stalked baby Daisy Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford)?
Britt’s connection to Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) brings trouble for Brennan and could place her on Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) list of enemies.
Elsewhere, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) discovers Britt’s alive. These two tangle with Britt’s involvement in Professor Dalton’s mess a huge talking point.
The week of October 13-17
During the week of October 13-17, Jason makes it a point to help Britt break down more of her walls.
These two are tying to work toward peace and love but will Carly really allow that to happen?
Speaking of Britt, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) wants to get to know Britt, the woman who gave birth to him after stealing his embryo.
We suspect that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will have a thing or two to say about that! Lulu is not above sabotaging other people’s dreams so she could play dirty and try to turn him against her.
As for Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), he is in a similar confusing family situation. Positive signs indicate that he continues to make progress with the Quartermaine family, leaving Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) hoping that’ll she’s next in line.
Get ready GH fans, it looks like PC is about to bring the thrills and chills this October!
